The King Room is located inside the convent of San Francesco da Paola, where there is a cloister of 1582. The structure inside the convent provides 6 rooms for hospitality. Located in the hamlet of San Francesco, the Relais is about 800 meters from the square of massalubrense and in less than 10 minutes by car you can reach the city of Sorrento. Reference point for trekking walks, from the Relais you can reach Sorrento in 30 minutes of walking on foot for a beautiful path. On foot you can also reach the village of Acquara, Sant'Agata sui due Golfi, Marina della Lobra and also that Santa Maria Annunziata, where a splendid Villa di Gioacchino Murat will welcome you with an enchanting view of Capri. The most beautiful beaches near the Relais are: Baia delle Sirene (5 minutes by car), the Conca Azzurra (5 minutes by car), Marina di Puolo (5 minutes by car), Marciano (7 minutes by car), Nerano (15 minutes by car), of Lobra (10 minutes walk). For all your needs and support the staff of the Relais will be at your disposal. To reach the Relais, just reach the Piazza di Massalubrense and go left, after 700 meters you will find the signs for San Francesco. The cloister has a long history, and was closed for about 100 years by the will of Joseph Bonaparte (brother of Napoleon) before the priests came into possession. It has been a place of relaxation for many historical figures. The King Room consists of a bedroom at the entrance with sofa couch for two guests with television and wi-fi. The second double bedroom with French bed, provides TV, bathroom, a desk for ladies. There is an air conditioning unit that refreshes the two rooms. Ideal for families with children, there is also a beautiful terrace from which you can admire Capri Ischia and Naples. This quaint outdoor cocktail terrace for anything from evening drinks to morning coffee with spectacular views of the Amalfi Coast and the Galli Island. INTERIOR (300m²) the villa is distributed on two levels.On the ground floor garden level, there are two sitting rooms, with vaulted ceilings (about 3.40 mt high) a big double suite, a small suite, a fully equipped kitchen, two tables for outside dinner stands on the two opposite sides of the garden. The house is exquisitely furnished with antiques. The dining room, sitting room, and bedrooms have traditional vaulted ceilings and terracotta floors. All rooms have glass doors that open to face the ocean and the garden. The upper level, first floor, have a living/dining room with vaulted ceilings and terracotta floors. The room is decorated in an elegant, colorful, coastal style and is furnished with a round dining table that seats four people. French doors lead out onto a small balcony. There are two spacious, airy bedrooms decorated in green, blue, and white. One has a queen size bed, an en suite bathroom (with tub and handheld showerhead), and French doors that lead to the terrace. The second bedroom has two twin beds, 85cm x 185cm (slightly narrower and shorter than U.S. Standard single beds), an en suite bathroom (with shower), and windows that offer a lovely view. The small (yet fully equipped) kitchen has been newly renovated and features attractive, locally-made blue tile. There is an “L”-shaped terrace that wraps around the rear of the house and back towards the entrance. The terrace is equipped with chairs and cushions, and it is adorned with fragrant jasmine, vines, and large terracotta pots overflowing with geraniums. There is a marble-topped dining table and wrought iron chairs with cushions. There are 35 steps from street level down to the property.

Villa is 240 square meters on two floors with a 2000-sq. Meter garden, the whole property is 10,000 sq. Mt. (108,000 sq. Feet), balconies and a terrace with fascinating views of the sea the Li Galli isles and the coast; suitable for max. Ten people(8+2). At the First floor:There are two bedrooms, two toilets, a spacious sitting room with 3 sofas, and a sleeping places in a sofabed for 2 people and a large kitchen with a dining area. There is a double bedroom with a balcony that has a sea view and a twin-bedded room ( the beds can be set like one double 160 cm wide)with a window overlooking garden & rocks. One toilet has a shower while the other has a water closet and a wash-hand basin. The living area is a large room with a table, a fireplace,a flat Samsung TV 42" with Sky tv, Home Theatre,PS2, and stairs to ground floor. At ground floor:There is a stair linking the two floors,at the lower one, there are two new "Suites", seafront, one with a really wide bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath, and an other one with a very nice bathroom with a bath seaview. Itchen is fully-equipped with a cooker, an oven, refrigerator/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, american cofeemaker, there is a second fridge only for the wines, etc... Infinity swimming pool it's mt. 11.00x 6.00x1.50 mt. Depth, there are 2 big sun umbrellas,4 large and very confortable sunbeds(200 cm x 80 cm each) and an outside shower. We await for you!!
