This one-bedroom condo is located next to the Marriott Hotel, Condado Beach. The condo is on the fifth floor fronting one of Puerto Rico's alluring beaches with breathtaking views of the blue/green ocean & white/golden sand. The condo has a fully-equipped kitchen with a spacious living room that opens up to spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean and San Juan Coastline. You can see the cruise ships (illuminated at night) entering & exiting San Juan Harbor. Sleeping accommodations include: two twin beds in the bedroom which can be joined to make a king size bed. There is a sofa in the living room which has a pullout platform to make a king size bed(82'l x 56'w). There is also a full size futon with a full mattress and a ’junior’ bed. There is a baby stroller stored on the premises. There is AIR CONDITIONING in the bedroom only as well as a ceiling fan. There is no AIR CONDITIONING in the remainder of the condo. There is a ceiling fan in the living room and cross-ventilation with windows and door open on opposite sides. All bath towels and bed linens are provided. Beach towels toiletries and personal hygiene items are not provided. There is direct access to the bathroom from the living room and bedroom for privacy. Keyed elevator access to the 5th floor for security. There is a laundry room on the ground floor of the building. The condo has an assigned parking space. Parking is otherwise not available without a price and inconvenience in the Condado Area of San Juan. Amenities: High-speed wireless broadband internet access, local telephone, AIR CONDITIONING (bedroom), Cable TV, Stereo Tape Deck, CD Player with Radio, DVD player, board games, Iron, Kitchen Utensils, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Blender, etc. In fully-equipped Kitchen. Supermax Supermarket is nearby for shopping. Fresh Mart is across from the Marriott Hotel. There is a 24-hour mini-mart in Walgreen's Pharmacy one block from the Condominium and a 24-hour CVS across the street. The US Post Office is down 2 1/2 blocks on Condado Ave. There are a variety of shops, restaurants, casinos, and fast food establishments in the Condado Tourist Area. Activities: swimming, surfing, snorkeling, boating, fishing, diving, golf, tennis, hiking, biking, wildlife viewing, horseback riding, walking, sightseeing or shopping. Book a tour with the Marriott Hotel or rent a car at a nearby agency: Charlie, Ace, Avis, L&M, etc. Some activities are either in the Condado Tourist area or less than a 45 minute drive (Example: golf, horseback riding). You may participate in the tours offered by the hotels in the area. Old San Juan is 10 minutes away. You can catch a bus at the corner of the street to get to the 'Old City'. The airport is located 6 miles from the Condominium building. Condominium Stella Maris is located next to the Marriott Hotel and one block from the Best Western Plus Condado Palm Hotel. The hotels in the Tourist Area of Condado welcome visitors to use the restaurants, casinos and participate in hotel sponsored group tours. The Marriott Hotel will require a daily or weekly fee for use of the swimming facilities, exercise room, and tennis courts. There is WI-FI access in most of the restaurants and bars in the Condado Tourist Area. Planet Fitness is a little over one mile away. Beach chairs are available for rent at $5.00 p/day, beach umbrellas are $10.00 p/day. My daughter and I stumbled upon the site at 3:00 in the morning the day we were traveling, sent an email and [she] responded very quickly. We were at her condo by 3pm and on the beach by 3:30. The condo is perfectly situated right on the beach on Condado Beach next to the Marriott which charged 3x the amount [the owner] charged me and within walking distance to many restaurants and stores. The condo was clean and spacious and provided a great ocean view and breeze with windows that opened the living room and bedroom up completely. It was nice to stay in a condo vs hotel room. Would highly recommend and have already recommended to friends and would definitely stay there again!! Perfect location!!! 5 STARS Great location right on the beach with spectacular sunrises!!! Fall asleep to the sound of the waves!!! It just doesn’t get any better. Cross the street to use Marriott hotel’s concierge services for all types of tours or simply catch an Uber for a quick ride to all the main attractions. If you change your mind and wish to rent a car, there’s a lot within walking distance. Paulet is a great hostess with quick responses to any questions. I highly recommend and will definitely return!!!! Excellent Ocean View 5 STARS Staying at this condo right on the beach in Condado was great. Overlooking the beach with the sound of the waves was the best. I spent most of my time on the balcony enjoying the view. Everything you need is very close and within walking distance. I did not rent a car nor did I need one. The city bus is only .75 to get to Old San Juan. We felt very safe there with the security level to get into the condo. I would highly recommend this condo over a stuffy hotel room any day. The owner ... Is very nice and accommodating, the condo is very clean.

This a one level city apartment located at a second floor , getting in to the unit you will see Livingroom and dining area. Turningto the left will find the full kitchenwith with all necessarythings to prepare a meal if you fill is necessary. Pass the kitchen will se the Laundry area and a unique haf bathroom . If you go pass the living room will see area 3 sleeping are awith 3 separate queen beds and a full bathrooms. All room have roku tv and local channels. Air conditioning in all rooms for your comfort. The space This is in the heart of condado and the best tourist attractions with in minutes. Walk to the beach , park, churches or to your favorite restaurant. Go for some fun night at a concert or casino. Must visitplaces like old San Juan or New district T Mobile. Guest access We have in our commercial area a pizzeria, Mexican restaurant and local style Cafe for your convenience if you don't feel like walking to far for dinner lunch or breakfast. Beautiful ocean and golf course view 3 bedroom, 2 bath multi-level villa completely renovated in 2016. INTERNET AND ACCESS TO PRIVATE BEACH VILLAGE POOL. Our villa is located in Palmas del Mar, a 2,750 acre gated community 42 miles east of San Juan or a 50 minute drive from the airport (SJU). Enjoy a relaxing vacation in our fully equipped villa. We have staff on site to care for the villa and can assist you if you should need anything. It's fun to walk or rent a bike to go around the community and enjoy the amenities of Palmas del Mar including 2 award winning championship golf courses, tennis, marina, 4 star restaurants, equestrian center, casino, and health club and spa. Palmas del Mar has the Caribbean's largest tennis center with 20 courts and 3 different types of surfaces. Our villa is located right next to the newly renovated private pool and is a 1 minute walk or 100 steps to the beach. Enjoy nearby attractions including; Bio bay, biking and kayaking in the nature preserve, zip lining or hiking in the El Yunque Rainforest, take a day trip to Old San Juan or visit the nearby islands of Vieques, Culebra or Monkey island. You can also visit nearby La Monserrate Beach and Kiosks in Luquillo. This is a fun experience to sample many different local Puerto Rican foods. Ponce, the island's capital, is rich in history and architecture and only 1 hr 45 mins away. The villa has an en suite master bedroom with a king size orthopedic mattress and a balcony overlooking the golf course. Enjoy your morning cafe con leche on the balcony overlooking the golf course with distant mountain views. The second bedroom can sleep 5 with twin beds and a trundle or 2 twins can be converted to a king with our professional conversion kit. This bedroom has a lovely ocean view and you can hear the surf lulling you to sleep every night. You can also access the outdoor living space from this bedroom. All of the ceilings and doors in the villa are cathedral giving it an open and airy feel. The third bedroom is a spacious loft that can sleep 4 with 2 twins that can be converted to a king and two rollaway beds. There is also a pack and play which can be used as portable crib. The kitchen is brand new with European style cabinets and is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals for both small and larger groups. The kitchen has beautiful white stone counter tops and a custom mosaic tile back splash reflecting the colors of the ocean. We have seating for 10 people in the dining area and additional seating outside for 4 on the back patio. The villa is equipped with all the extras for a fun day at the beach. We have body boards, sand toys, sand chairs, coolers, pool noodles, beach bags, beach towels and a beach umbrella. The villa is fully air conditioned with individually controlled wall units in each room. We rarely need the AIR CONDITIONING as the ocean breezes provide wonderful ventilation. The views from this villa are unsurpassed. Sit and enjoy happy hour on the front deck overlooking the ocean and the island of Vieques. There is plenty to do right in Palmas but if you desire to leave the property then there are many sites nearby to explore. We hope you enjoy visiting as much as we do.

First floor house with 2 bedrooms than can accommodate up to 8 persons. Big backyard full of avocado trees, star fruit, mamey and iguanas perfect for yoga. The house is 15 minutes walking distance from the beach and dining places. During winter season Sandy beach offers the best waves in town. Many surfing contests are held here.The house is located in Puntas ward a residential neighborhood, very peaceful and quiet, perfect for families.
