Go with a open mind and you cannot beat this place. There is no AIR CONDITIONING and the beds are a little rough, but you gain so much ore from the location and the views. The atmosphere is great for experiencing the city the way it should be. The cook David was the best at making every meal a treat. The owners respond quickly to questions and keep you well informed. We are located in the heart of the Romantic Zone. A few short blocks from the beach. No car is needed, just walk out your front door to a day of fun. We are a BRAND NEW modern building with an elevator and rooftop pool deck for our guests to enjoy. Flat land around us so no climbing up hills to get home. Daily housekeeping is included!!! This room is set up as a king bed with two twin beds put together while we are waiting for delivery of two individual sets of linens. If you would prefer to have two individual beds separated, message us and we can change it. We have a wonderful rooftop terrace with an infinity edge pool, hammock lounge, a fire pit, complete outdoor kitchen & bbq. At night you can see the nightly fireworks from the pirate ship from the rooftop. It is truly magical. The owners of the building live on site so if there is anything you need, we are available. Things to note: -We are a keyless building. You will use one code to enter the front gate and any 4-digit code of your choice to enter your loft. -There is a video monitor doorbell in the room (and on the rooftop pool deck) so you can see who is at the front door and buzz them into the building (if you wanted to get takeout or have a guest over!). -You also have an Amazon Echo Dot with Alexa so you can listen to your favorite music, ask any questions you may have or listen to "white noise" while you sleep. -In the bathroom you have a laptop size safe so you can feel comfortable locking up all of your valuables. The neighborhood: We are located in Old Town. There are lots of coffee shops, restaurants, and places to shop on our street. Basilio Badillo is the most popular street in town. There are so many wonderful taco carts and seafood restaurants all around us. There are multiple places around us that the "taco tours" bring people to. If you are a foodie, you will want to stay HERE. Getting Around: Uber is available and there are taxi's all around us. There is also a bus stop at the end of our block. Transportation is very easy :) We are on a residential street so street parking is the only option but its not hard to find a spot, especially at night. Unique Benefits: We have collaborated with a local artist, Misael. Our building features 5 unique gigantic murals and multiple pieces of canvas art. All of the canvas art is for sale from Misael. If you love a piece of art but would rather buy a print, we can make that happen. We are the ONLY boutique hotel in PV to have done this. We are not able to accommodate extended stays.

The 2-room bathroom has a marble shower with a bench and grab bars. The partial kitchen includes a 2 burner stove and everything for your cooking needs. Seating in the living room is very comfortable. One of the couches in the living room is custom designed to make into a comfortable queen sleeper. The maid cleans 1 time per week. From our 15th floor balcony the view is fantastic. Watch dolphins playing off shore, whales in season, fireworks from the pirate ship as well as the glorious nightly sunsets. The bus to town stops right in front of the Sunscape Resort and is a short ride to downtown or you can catch a taxi. Or just spend the day at the beach or beside our heated pool. We have free internet in our condo. Just a 10 minute ride from the airport.

I’d give 6 stars if I could. We were a family group of 7, teens, parents, and grandparents. Everyone loved it. The house is gorgeous, spotlessly clean, and beautifully appointed. We all adored the view, outdoor spaces, and private pool. The location is perfect - the beach is right there, soft sand, big waves, and lifeguard. The staff made everything perfect. We felt pampered from start to finish. Great food, daily cleaning, and responsive to all our requests. Highly recommend the all inclusive option. They made my mom’s 80th birthday really memorable. Every meal exceeded our expectation. The location is on a beautiful and quiet beach that was great for swimming and building sandcastles. The Villa has everything you could need for a beach day including chairs, umbrella, paddle board, life jackets for kids and adults, sand toys etc. The accommodation is clean and spacious and we easily fit 11 people. Ana made sure there was always fresh/dry beach towels waiting for us. There is a delicious restaurant 5 minutes up the beach but otherwise you need a 10 minute taxi to get to any other stores/restaurants. The villa was spacious, the infinity pool over the ocean kept the kids in the water ALL day. The quick walk to the ocean and the community pool was beyond convenient. There is the best restaurant walking distance for amazing fish tacos and adult beverages. We had jet ski's come right up to the villa. The staff is THE BEST. Can't wait to go back next year.

Easy, clean and convenient. This second floor condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is located on Los Muertos Beach in Playa Bonita. There is maid service every 3 days, the building is secure with accessibility for owners and their guests. Full size washer and dryer. Wireless internet is available. There is a 40" television in the living room and a smaller, wall mounted television in 1 bedroom. There is no television in the 2nd bedroom.

The bedroom has a super comfortable King bed and there is a sleeper sofa that has a double pull out bed. You also have a complete kitchen & laundry. We have a wonderful rooftop terrace with an infinity edge pool, hammock lounge, a fire pit, complete outdoor kitchen & bbq. In the evening you can see the nightly fireworks from the pirate ship from the rooftop. It is truly magical. The owners of the building live on site so if there is anything you need, we are available. Things to note: -We are a keyless building. You will use one code to enter the front gate and any 4-digit code of your choice to enter your loft. -There is a video monitor doorbell in the room (and on the rooftop pool deck) so you can see who is at the front door and buzz them into the building (if you wanted to get takeout!). -You also have an Amazon Echo Dot with Alexa so you can listen to your favorite music, ask any questions you may have or listen to "white noise" while you sleep. -In the bathroom you also have a laptop size safe so you can feel comfortable locking up all of your valuables. About the neighborhood: We are located in the Romantic Zone on Basilio Badillo, it is the most popular street in town. There are lots of coffee shops, restaurants, and places to shop on our street. There are so many wonderful taco carts and seafood restaurants all around us. There are multiple places around us that the "taco tours" bring people to. If you are a foodie, you will want to stay HERE. Getting around: You will not need to rent a car. Uber is available and there are taxi's all around us. There is also a bus stop at the end of our block. Transportation is very easy :) We are on a residential street so street parking is the only option but its not hard to find a spot, especially at night. We are not able to accommodate extended stays.

Our charming, well appointed suite, is very large at 690 square feet with its own private balcony. It has two chairs, a small table, and your own private jetted tub for two. The bedroom features a king sized bed and an ensuite with double sink vanity and large shower. Tons of closet and storage space, with a large safe and flat screen TV. The other bonus bathroom is off the kitchen and also has a shower. There is a sofa bed in the living room with addition linens provided as well as plenty of storage.
