The separate bedroom has a super comfortable king bed or can be requested as 2 single beds with silent clean AIR CONDITIONING and opens off to a large patio. Access is very easy.

This home was designed to be our full time residence. Completely off the grid but with all the amenities to make you feel comfortable. The diverse ecosystem provides experiences that you can only get here.Beaches, mountains, animals, forest, all here. Corcovado National Park is recognized by National Geographic as one of the top National Parks in the entire world. Luckily the animals do not know the parks boundaries so you can enjoy many of them from our house. Monkeys galore. Our house is unique in this area. We love the jungle and the ocean but we also like to come home to conveniences that are not common in the area. We have hot showers, clean drinking water, a full kitchen, electricity 24 hours a day, and great wifi. This may seem standard but that is not the case in this area. The house is screened-in open air and does not have air conditioner. We do have fans in every room in case you need it. You will find that the nights are cool and you likely will not want a fan on. But it is available to you. Our property has many fruit trees including, pineapple, mangos, avocado, limes, bananas, plantains, jack fruit, mandarine, cacao, cashews, coconuts, and more. We also have a garden for you to pick from. You are welcome to anything you find on our property. We have a full time employee/licensed tour guide on site. Don't worry, he lives in a separate house and can be as visible or invisible as you like. Gary is his name and he is there to manage the property and keep up the land, is fluent in English and Spanish and is available to take care of any needs during your stay. He is an extremely nice guy and very knowledgeable about the area. You will love him. If you decide that you want to go eat at a nearby hotel, he can coordinate that. He will need to call and see what they are serving as the hotels do not have menus and serve only one option per meal. Anything at al that you want or need can be taken care of through Gary. The property is about 16 acres of mostly untouched Forrest. You are free to roam around and see all the animals and plants. This is truly an amazing area so you will see many animals in their natural habitat. Gary can take you around the property and to nearby waterfalls. He is highly skilled and licensed as a guide so he can spot things you would never see by yourself. The entire property is available to you. We are also the last point you can reach by car before the National Park. From here you must park and walk approximately 3.5 kilometers to the park entrance. Its an amazing walk. Our goal is to completely exceed your expectations. We are always available to answer any question and handle any issues. Please message us and we will respond right away. You will also have a two way radio so that you can contact Gary 24 hours a day. He is close by and will be there to serve you during your stay. As we mentioned, if you don't need him then you wont see him at all. If you do need him then he will be there. Your choice.

This Honeymoon Suite is located at the very top of Las Cascadas The Falls property. The unit is a Dome structure mounted on a large open aired deck overlooking the property, the famous, Tarrazu Mountains (Best Costa Rican Coffee), and partial Ocean View. The room is equipped with a King size bed, kitchen, bathroom with a shower-tub combination,the terrace is furnished with dining room are, couches and a BBQ. The Suite has been built tucked into an animal corridor you can expect to see monkeys and other animals such as Scarlet Macaws, Toucans, Anteaters, Sloths and many other beautiful creatures. Please note, since this suite is located at the very top of the properties mountains, the only way to get to the Suite is thought a steep hill, this is why we do not recommend the unit to anyone with even minor mobility problems or pregnant women. Many first time guests have no idea that when they rent homes within 150 feet of the beach, they are located in the public zone. Between 150 to300 feet is considered maritime and no permanent structures are legal to build, no matter how expensive the home is. Always check and ask what type of on site security is provided as these homes are often on radar of those who want to separate you from your stuff!

This villa is located in a gated community close to Dominical. Dominicalito Beach and a waterfall with a rope swing are located a five minute walk away. The 2 Bedroom Villa has a great floor plan on two and a half levels. It offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the first floor is the main entrance with a terrace out front, a great living area with cable TV and an open fully equipped kitchen. Just five steps up you will find one of the bathrooms with a shower stall and the first bedroom with a double bed. The second floor has a beautiful view. There are two units with this configuration. In the first, the bedroom on the lower level has a terrace right in front of the pool, the master bedroom on the upper level has a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The other unit has on the upper floor a double and a single bed and fits one person more as well as a bathroom with a bathtub-shower combination. Just off a newly paved road with easy access to getting everywhere. Excursions and tours are all within 10-20 minutes rather than driving 1.5 to 2 hours each way as you do with so many rental homes on the OSA just to go out on the water. Our house is for rent weekends-mid weeks-whole weeks and is located in Punta Leona Resort, Costa Rica, which is a beach resort at the Pacific coast close to Jaco and 60 minutes driving from San Jose. The other two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds share the second washroom which has a shower stall. The terrace is quite large and offers a great place to chill out, read or socialize. Natural wood is showcased throughout the space, drawing on the many abundant types of wood that are found here in Costa Rica. The location for these suites was picked specially for its natural diversity and incredible views thinking that people will be willing to make a little extra effort to get the reward of having monkeys swing from your deck and having your morning coffee while watching the spectacular wing colors of the scarlet macaws as they fly by. And we were right (most of the time). There are only 2 canopy suites, both come with a nice terrace for wild life watching. Both come with Queen size beds and sofa beds. There is also a mini fridge, Wi-Fi, coffee makers and quiet AIR CONDITIONING units in each. ?We try to make it as clear as possible that these units are not recommended for anyone with mobility issues or pregnant women but any one looking for a romantic adventure in a jungle like setting and are up for a challenge, we have your spot.

The two-bedroom two bath garden view is perfect if you are traveling with elders or small children or looking for an extended stay. This is our most accessible and comfortable offering. Being one of our first it is also one of our most cherished and sustains a clean rustic feeling. The 2 bedrooms also has the flexibility of offering 2 king beds or 2 single beds and 1 king.
