Interiors The Villa is a very spacious L-shaped property all on ground floor level. The original trulli are interconnected to the more recent construction providing an appealing spread of accommodation. The property presents three full sized bedrooms; two doubles and a twin bedroom (extra single available). A large gazebo to the front of the main entrance facilitates outside dining for 6/7 overlooking the courtyard. From here, large double glazed doors take you in to the modern extension consisting of a bright and airy sitting/dining room with air con unit and through to the singles bedroom (2 or 3 beds) with its own air con unit and private shower room. Note this shower room can be accessed independently from the sitting/dining room without going through the bedroom. The kitchen flows adjacent to the dining room and yet remains out of view when seated at the table. It is well-equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, hob and oven. A kitchen patio lies outside the back door, with a sun umbrella and table and chairs, an ideal spot to enjoy your first coffee of the day in the morning sun. From the kitchen, a corridor leads to the spacious main double bedroom. This was originally the wine cellar and the exposed stone walls and high ceilings ensure the room remains cool and airy in the summer temperatures. The corridor continues to the recently renovated larger family shower room, equipped with washing machine. A high arch invites you into the lounge which has double doors leading out onto the front courtyard. This is a large and comfortable space with two settees, traditional stone fireplace and TV. A second arch leads to another trullo furnished with bookshelves and a desk for those quiet moments we all yearn for. This connects to the final and third bedroom; a comfortable space furnished with an antique dressing table and large, built-in wardrobe. Exteriors A large stone paved square, shaded by a magnificent magnolia tree and a tall fir tree, separates the villa from the grounds and swimming pool. The salt-based swimming pool (10 x 4m and 1.5m in depth) is a calming acquamarine colour, surrounded by greenery and colourful shrubs and fauna ensuring total privacy. At your disposal is a spectacular barbecue with an outside sink carved from its original stone; yet another gazebo by the pool for outside dining or simply some shade; a shower with hot and cold water; a vegetable plot available from spring to autumn; and a main entrance with automatic gates.

It can sleep up to 6 people in three bedrooms (two doubles and one twin-bedded room). The property features ancient oak beamed ceilings throughout and the spacious 350 square foot living area enjoys a wonderful vaulted ceiling with feature exposed A-frames and original slate window sills. We've even managed to retain several original stone tethering rings. Both upstairs bedrooms also bright and airy and feature exposed A-frames. There is a large shower room on the ground floor and a separate downstairs WC. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living area, which means that nobody feels shut away when preparing a meal. The living space with its vaulted ceiling is bright and airy and furnished with a large comfortable suite - perfect for lounging. There's an LED TV (with satellite channels) and a Blu-Ray player and a log-burner for those lazy evenings in. Although, you are more than likely to want to spend your evenings around the large octagonal table on your private patio enjoying the evening summer sun. The lawn and private patio area to the rear of the property is a real sun-trap and there are parasols and sun-loungers at your disposal, as well as a bistro style table and chairs and a large wooden table with bench seating for al fresco dining. Situated in over an acre of mature gardens surrounded with magnificent tall trees where you can, depending on the season, take your pick of figs, cherries, apples, pears, plums, walnuts & hazelnuts.
