UPPER FLOOR Two bedrooms for 5 people Above the lounge area, through a spiral staircase you will access to two of the four bedrooms. The bedrooms comes with en-suite bathroom. One of the bedroom is a triple room and it provide a double bed and a single bed. All the beds are box spring beds and very comfortable. Each room has a safe and access to a balcony equipped with outdoor furniture. From the balcony you have an amazing sea view. The bathrooms come with double sink and a walk-in shower. Towels, bathrobes and toiletries are also provided. LOWER FLOOR Two bedrooms for 4 people Through the same spiral staircase, one floor below the living area you will find two other bedrooms. Both bedrooms come with an en-suite bathroom which features as upstairs a double sink and a walk-in shower. This two rooms have direct access to the pool terrace. All the beds are box spring beds and very comfortable. Each room has a safe HOUSE The house is surrounded by stairs and terraces. On the west side, a fully equipped summer kitchen is on your disposal as well as a dining outdoor terrace equipped with table and chairs. On the same side, you will have access to a smaller room we call "game room" where your children will be able to play PlayStation on a big FLAT screen TV. On the east side of the house a laundry room is also available. This room is mostly used by the staff working in the house. The beach door is at only few stairs from the pool terrace. The whole house is surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation. POOL The 24 m2 infinity pool is available on the lower floor of the house. Its terrace come with sunchairs, beach towels. The external shower is just next to the pool. The house is equipped with “Sonos” sound system. Sonos is the smart speaker system that streams all your favorite music to any room, or every room. Control your music with one simple app, and fill your home with pure, immersive sound.

This extraordinary property consists of two luxurious stone villas with a heated pool on a plot of 2000m2 surrounded by a high stone wall that allows guests complete privacy for a memorable vacation. Just across the two villas (the haciendas) guests can use a third (extra) facility with parking lots and garages with 20 bicycles that are ideal for cycling lovers since there is a beautiful river just about 100 meters from the property with numerous cycle paths running along. Due to its location in a quiet rural setting this property is ideal for a family type holiday guests with children, but not suitable for younger groups and party groups. The property includes a large pool of 85m2, of which 9m2 are adapted as a pool for children. On the plot prevails luxurious Mediterranean horticulture with hundreds of years old olive trees, palm trees, magnolias, lavender and so on as well as a multitude of carved stone details such as rare large stone table with chairs for dining with accompanying bar and stone bar stools, barbecue, fountains and sculptures. Both villas have the top two floors connected by an internal communication, while the three separate units at the ground floor have separate entrances. The richly decorated interiors are made of hand-hewn stone, old mortar, Roman brick and hand-carved wood and furnished with restored antique furniture from the 18th and 19th centuries. Beds with their short dimensions out of this period are especially restored and prolonged by today's highest standards. Each villa has one large room for a common room, one of which is associated with a wine cellar. In one of the villas lies a large fitness room with whirlpool, sauna and changing rooms with showers. In several activity rooms, guests can relax by playing in one of the three pianos, or have fun with 2 billiards, table tennis, darts, table football, table hockey, a game console, and the use of free and unlimited Wi-Fi with signal covering the entire property. In the yard is a playground with a sandbox where there is a multitude of children's content for the youngest guests.The special microclimate of the area along the river and wide stone walls of the villa enable pleasant vacation with summer heat during the day and the pleasant night temperatures without any major need to use (existing) air conditioning. The world famous pebble and sandy beaches of Makarska Riviera can be reached in 20-25 minutes by car, and in the vicinity there is also the town of Imotski with the natural phenomena of the Red and the Blue Lake. In addition to Imotski and Makarska, for day trips we recommend a tour of historic towns under UNESCO protection Split, Trogir, Dubrovnik and Omis and the National Nature Park Biokovo which is to be seen in the distance fro the estate. Near the property there are several restaurants, shops, a pizzeria with a wood oven, a bakery, there is a possibility for small and large football, rafting and fishing. Konavle has opened a number of rural households with traditional food and ambiance. Also, the activities that are suitable for this area are mountain biking and horseback riding and the safari ride with a track which is long 11 km. Villa is bathed in sunshine the whole day from sunrise to sunset, while the evenings are peaceful, pleasant, not too hot as there is almost always at night a light breeze of air. Cilipi, a place next to Cavtat and Gruda, is the biggest settlement in Konavle and surely the best place to meet the traditions of Konavle. In the centre of the place with the largest church in Konavle, the parish church of St. Nicholas, a square formed up, surrounded by official and family stone houses, in order to create a unique urban micro unit. The stairs, slightly descending from the church to the plateau of the square, became an ideal stage for numerous visitors of folklore events that have been organised in Cilipi each Sunday from Easter to the end of October for over three decades. Thereby we preserve our folklore and cultural heritage, and that offers the tourists a unique experience of an encounter with our ancestors' traditions, still alive.
