All done in warm espresso tones. The AIR CONDITIONING keeps the entire lower floor cool when needed. There are 2 comfortable sofas in the living room tastefully accented with Tommy Bahama throws. A large flat screen Satellite TV with a Blu-ray player and an assortment of DVDs and Wi-Fi Internet throughout the house. The front lower deck is accessed by sliding glass doors that offer a picture perfect view of the ocean. Here you will find an island table for 4, an outdoor shower for rinsing and 2 Stand Up Paddle Boards. The tandem kayak is great to explore the ocean neighborhood. Does evening camp fires on the beach sound fun. Take advantage of the stone fire pit out front, roast marshmallows and gaze up at the amazing starlit nights. The large lower master bedroom is located off the living area, separated by two large wooden doors for privacy. Offering a queen bed, large windows facing beautiful ocean views, plenty of closet space and an overhead fan. The bathroom has a bathtub and shower and is accessible from bedroom or living room. The front and rear outer stairways lead up to the second bedroom. A new king pillow top bed with lots of pillows, large windows with beautiful views of the Caribbean Ocean, an en suite bath with shower and bathtub, two large closets, AIR CONDITIONING and an overhead fan. Outside the upper bedroom is a large private deck where there are continual ocean breezes and 180-degree views of the ocean. Handmade lounge chairs, colorful cushions, bench seating and dining table make this a perfect place to spend the afternoon. A nearby dive shop will take you out diving or snorkel, may even drop you off at the dock in front of the house at the end of the day. Afterwards you can sit back and relax as an authentic local island meal is prepared for you at home upon request.

Bedroom with queen size bed, full size kitchen with all utensils for cooking, comfortable Living room with DirecTV, DVD player with multiple movies to chose from. On the outside deck, a hammock, deck chairs and table to relax with your favorite beverage and watch the ocean. The Spa/Plunge pool is shared with the owner. Included in the rental price are: A Local Cell phone for use as you explore the island, USB modem for Internet access (Wifi available), Satellite DirecTV, Personal Safe, DVD player with several movies. Caretaker/Security family live on the property, motion lights, with private driveway parking. Solar Power and backup batteries guarantee no power outages. Nice breezes year around so AIR CONDITIONING is generally not needed. Electric is included in one and two week rental rates, but AIR CONDITIONING is an additional fee of $10 a day if used. Monthly rates do not include electric. The apartment has its own meter. Highly recommend renting a 4 wheel drive vehicle for transportation as you will be exploring the eastern areas of the island that are not as developed, along dirt/gravel roadways.

The guesthouse is positioned on a tranquil hillside, nestled in lush tropical jungle full of beautiful plants and birds, with a panoramic sea view to the west. Designed to a high standard, the one-bedroom suite features sliding-doors opening on to a wrap-around wooden deck with sea and/or jungle views, with a hammock and luxurious traditional wooden Peressosa chairs to relax in and enjoy the view. At the end of a day of exploration, you can watch the sunset over the ocean, listen to the sounds of the jungle and enjoy a reinvigorating waterfall shower, one of the many stylish Italian features the suites offer, such as chic heavy drapes surrounding the wrap-around porches should you desire shade or privacy. Each suite is furnished with one queen-size double bed and one single bed, large-blade fans cool the rooms along with the gentle breezes through the wooden-shuttered windows, and each suite is equipped with a kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator and coffee-maker, whilst the pristine bathrooms feature angular tiled waterfall showers and bidets, with garden views through the shuttered windows. There is complementary wifi throughout the property. Our home is perfectly located "nestled quietly in the trees", but just a 5 minute stroll to all that West End has to offer (bars, restaurants, dive shops, beach etc). It is a traditionally built wooden house with lots of windows to allow the natural breezes to pass through. The living area is spacious and there is a large back porch with hammocks. The kitchen is well equipped and it truly feels like a home from home.
