As you step through the doors of this newly remodeled two-story Spanish style condo, you’ll enter a hallway leading to the living area, which opens up to the dining area and kitchen. The living area has a comfy loveseat, beautiful 18" ceramic tile flooring, a 50” flat screen TV, and huge windows opening to a covered bayfront private balcony with serene water views. On the impressive wall of windows there are plantation shutters that can be opened to overlook the water. The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances, and the dining area has a glass-top dining table that seats four - dine in awe with this spectacular view of the bay.
Dual master bedrooms have king size beds, each with an en-suite bathroom, and the third bedroom has two full size beds. There are two full bathrooms—one upstairs with a large shower and one downstairs with a shower/tub. Stay connected with free Wi-Fi and enjoy Allegro North’s shared boat ramp, two swimming pools, two tennis courts, and fishing pier. Your private boat dock is only steps away from the condo, and the balcony overlooking the bay makes for a great outdoor space year-round.
The condo at Allegro North is ideally located on the the bay and just five minutes from the beach. Rockport is nicknamed the Texas Riviera, and their motto is “Come Sea the Beauty and Charm of Rockport!" Located next to the Rockport Beach at Rockport Harbor are the Bay Education Center, Rockport Aquarium and Education Center, and Maritime Museum, to name a few. If you’re looking a great restaurant close by, try Charlotte Plummer’s Seafare Restaurant, only two miles down the road. You can also take one of the many fishing excursions and catch a redfish or tarpon, and many of the local restaurants will even cook your catch.
If you’re a history buff, go to the Fulton Mansion just down the road and take a glimpse into the Victorian world of this prominent Texas Coast family. It’s like taking a step back in time. Port Aransas is just a short drive and ferry ride away, where you can rent a bike or a beach buggy and take a relaxing ride around the island. Looking for something a little more exciting Try parasailing. This prime property is also just an hour from Corpus Christi and the world famous Schlitterban.
