James Bay is one of our most sought-after areas with all amenities at your doorstep. Just around the corner on Niagara and Government st. You will find a quaint shop with excellent coffee and some home amenities with a natural flare full of great food. ?A larger grocery store, Thrifty foods is located just minutes away by car on Menzies St. Or take a wonderful stroll along the historical streets of James Bay. In the other direction, you will find the ocean where there is the famous Breakwater to saunter casually out into the ocean on the walkway. Stop in at the Breakwater cafe for lunch on the ocean. The inner harbour is 3 minutes by car or 10 minutes to walk. You will find many shops and restaurants in downtown Victoria including the famous Museum.
