Walk out onto the wrap around porch which over looks the pool and amazing views of the hillsides of Mount Helix. This one acre property also has a studio adjacent to the main house which is sometimes rented as a vacation rental as well (a max of 2 adults) I will most likely be on the property some of the time maintaining it, if so I stay in the private guest house. So at any given time there might be a max of 5 adults on my property. Ask at time of renting how many adults will be on property. When you come to sunny Mt. Helix you’ll enjoy the savings on your accommodations & see sunshine everyday. Be sure to visit the top of Mt. Helix for a 360 degree view of San Diego. Enjoy downtown La Mesa which is known as the 'Jewel of the Hills.' Near perfect climate, a quaint downtown village. Visit the Farmers' Market which is a tradition on Friday afternoons. I have an older cat that roams the property during the day & sleeps in the garage at night, I prefer guest who don’t mind cats. This is a no shoes home. The hardwood floors are original to this 1952 home to help maintain the hardwood we ask that you take off your shoes. Thank you!
