Communication with the owner was excellent, and she did everything possible to make our stay comfortable. The home is neat, clean, comfortable for four adults in need of three bedrooms, and in a quiet Harrow neighborhood northwest of central London. The owner's sister-in-law, met us at the home and drove us around the neighborhood to show us where to find things. We arrived following a red-eye flight, and found that she had already procured items for our breakfast...A very nice touch. The owner stayed in contact with us during our stay to make sure everything met our needs. The home is equipped with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, wireless Internet access (critical for our children), television, and very comfortable beds. There was no night noise issue, and we never felt unsafe in the neighborhood. There is, however, a fast train to north central London which allowed us to quickly access all the sights (15 minute trip). The train station is about a mile away and can readily be accessed by walking or by buses from stops about 1/4 mile away. If you are seeking a cost-effective abode for a London visit and don't mind having to do a little traveling to get to the sites, this home provides an excellent option. Excellent option.
