These include- -changing all bedding including pillows, mattress protectors, duvets and duvet covers between bookings. -changing throw pillows and blankets between bookings -thoroughly sanitizing all surfaces -contactless check in -operating a large capacity HEPA filter between bookings for a minimum of 8 hours (note there is no shared air system between the suite and upstairs home). -upstairs home is used by owners and not rented. -masks will be worn at all times, and hand sanitizer regularly applied when cleaning. -hand sanitizer is supplied for your stay, at the entry and in the bathroom. -items such as tissues, toilet paper, and minimal pantry items are replaced with each booking. -board games have been removed but will be available on request, a list will be provided before arrival Our suite is best suited to 2 people or a family with 2 small children during the pandemic. All the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable with cozy bedding, plenty of storage and black out blinds to ensure restful sleep. Three living rooms allow plenty of space for larger groups and the main living room boasts a gas fireplace. The second living room can be converted easily to an additional bedroom and is adjacent to a bathroom. Two fully equipped kitchens make for easy catering, with 2 dining areas seating 10 and 6 people respectively. A total of four bathrooms ensure there are no long queues at busy times of day. Entertainment is provided via 3 flat screen, HDMI enabled TVs, a Blu Ray player and 2 DVD players. Free wi-fi is also on offer. We also have a selection of board games and books. Heated floors add a touch of comfort after a long day on the mountain and all rooms have individual thermostats. Fancy a dip in the private hot tub. It is conveniently located on the covered deck, 2 steps from the kitchen door, so you never need to clear away the snow. The deck also has a high end, large gas barbeque. A dual area nordic pass expands the possibilities to include another 50 km of trails at the adjacent linked Sovereign Lakes nordic area. Summer here is amazing too. Downhill and cross country biking is literally out the door, and the lakes of the Okanagan Valley are 30 minutes away. Relax in cool mountain comfort after your day of summer fun. Ample ski storage is available at the house, and the outside storage shed is stocked with sleds for use just outside our door.
