    Our property is a spectacularly located and wonderfully comfortable 4-bed 4-bath home located right on the skiway halfway between the summits of Silver Queen and Silver Woods chairs. Our home is the trailside half of the duplex in our photos. Easy ski in/out access even with small children. Apres ski, you can be in the large hot tub a minute after gliding home. This is an amazing location, 5 minutes walk or a 1 minute gentle ski to the village, with frequent complimentary resort shuttle if needed. Silver Star's "My OnePass" includes great activities in addition to downhill skiing. The top of tube town is an easy 5 minute walk away, and the skating pond is a quick slide downhill from there, and both are free with your ski pass. Included in your pass is immediate access from our home to 55 km of world-class trackset nordic skiing at Silver Star accessible from the skiway at the door of the home. A dual area nordic pass expands the possibilities to include another 50 km of trails at the adjacent linked Sovereign Lakes nordic area. Summer here is amazing too. Downhill and cross country biking is literally out the door, and the lakes of the Okanagan Valley are 30 minutes away. Relax in cool mountain comfort after your day of summer fun. Ample ski storage is available at the house, and the outside storage shed is stocked with sleds for use just outside our door. There is also a nicely forested backyard a few steps off the hot tub deck for the young ones to explore. Inside is stocked with many books and games, and is equipped with cable TV and wifi. The living and dining space features a large dining table plus bar stools, and comfortable attractive living room seating. The kitchen is recently remodelled with modern stainless appliances and granite counters, and is fully stocked for simple meals or gourmet enterprises. There is a large outdoor gas barbecue for guest use. The ground level suite includes hotplate, microwave, countertop convection oven, and a second fridge, and offers a lot of floorspace for families to spread themselves throughout the home. Full laundry facilities are on the ground level. There are two gas fireplaces, one the ground and one on the main level. There are two large water heaters to accommodate large groups in comfort. Parking is available for two vehicles. Extra cars may be parked free of charge in parking lot D, adjacent to the village. The best part is the set of master bedrooms with their own ensuites, which allows two couples to share the facility equally. There is also a kid's room on on the central level set up for 4 or 5 children. We enjoyed our stay - the size of the townhouse made it very comfortable for 2 families to share.     Let it Snow... Great news...We recently renovated our suite and 2016-2017 was the first season that we offered our Canadian winter retreat for guests. We had a great season and offer a "Thank You" to our guests for booking with us. We have now fully booked our suite for 2017-2018 and are offering the same rates for 2018-2019 ski season. This tranquil, very private and fully furnished 750 square foot suite has its own entrance, private hot tub and our view looks directly into the forest and then up and over the trees to Christmas Bowl ski area. Flat large driveway has lots of room for two guest cars. Sorry (Canadian-eh :-)... No garage availability. We are the owners of the house and will ensure that you have a quiet, comfortable stay. As avid skiers ourselves, we have designed the suite to accommodate the needs of skiers of all types. The mudroom/entrance foyer has plenty of room for clothes, helmets and and boots and with a baseboard heater located directly under the bench, clothing and boots dry quickly. Comfortable beds with duvet bedding, newly renovated bathrooms with heated floors make this a one of a kind ski experience. We had a local artist paint one wall of the living room with a tree scene- her soft tree wall mural pulls the forest into our home. We pride ourselves on keeping this suite in impeccable condition and we know you will enjoy the view from the many windows in the living room and kitchen nook. The kitchen has a heated floor, alder kitchen cabinets and is fully equipped with cooking and baking utensils. The full-sized refrigerator makes ice cubes. We have complimentary internet, cable and wifi access. The private hot tub (seats four) is on the suite deck for the sole use of the suite occupants, set to 40 C -104F and is great way to relax after skiing. Great place for 1-2 couples or a family with children. Flat 4minute walk from the suite to the top of Tube-Town. Cross-country skiers- Silver Star is known for its many km of trails and you can also start your nordic skiing from directly in front of the house. To access the ski trails, it is an easy five minute walk to the top of Silver Queen or Silver Woods chair( where you can access both downhill and nordic ski trails) or you can walk down our snow-path to the multipurpose ski trail in front of our house, which will take you to the Village in less than five minutes. The complimentary hill shuttle can also pick you up and drop you off from the front driveway. (The shuttle leaves the village on the 1/2 and full hour). We are very proud of our new suite and are looking forward to sharing it with you.

The kids (teenagers) had their own games room which was great as it was on separate floor and they could make as much noise as they wanted and not impact the adults. The location of this property is wonderful too - ski in/out and short walk to village. I also loved that there were extra supplies of toilet paper, kleenex and soap in all the bathrooms. So many other rentals only supply bare minimum and you are then forced to buy more mid-stay. All in all a great property that is obviously well cared for and very clean. It had a great location with a gorgeous view over the skating pond, 6min walk to the village and true ski out ski in. The suite was nicely appointed, comfortable, warm and the kitchen had a good range of cooking equipment. The suite can sleep up to 8 people which is great, but the one lounge and lounge chair could only seat a max of 4 people so that if the possible 8 people stayed there the rest would have to sit on the dining room table chairs to watch the TV. The hot tub was about 20m away from the building. In all though we really enjoyed staying at On Brewer’s Pond and would highly recommend it.
