The walking/bike path goes right by our back door. My wife would say her favorite thing about our townhome is the STREAM that runs right by our property. The sound of that river is so soothing and relaxing. Being out on our oversized deck is where we try to spend as much time as possible and the stream is such a blessing to everyone who stays at our townhome. As is the spectacular views up the mountains. We also have a deck off of both our upstairs master bedrooms. Having coffee in the morning waking up to this idyllic setting starts everyday off great. We have had customized log bunk beds made for our two downstairs rooms, one room has a twin/ full bunk bed, and the other uniquely has a full/ queen bunk bed. A lovely and loved family home which is comfortable and pleasingly decorated with original art work and personal touches. We have been renting our home to guests for 10 years with great success and very happy guests. Stay in our home and enjoy it as we do; plenty of indoor and outdoor space, our home is designed to be comfortable with 2 queen bedrooms, 2 baths, and a kitchen that is easy to get around in. Enjoy TV and DVD in the living room, or the master bedroom; the views from the loft are great and this is a nice space to sit alone and read as well. There are large decks for all those sunny days to be outside, there is a picnic table and chairs. On all sides of our home you are in the forest, our front view is towards Wolfcreek pass. Fairfield shopping is just minutes away, we are about 1 mile off of the highway and about 3 to Fairfield and the supermarket. Wolfcreek is about 30-35 minutes. Parelli Natural Horsemanship is a 10 minute drive, very convenient. Pagosa Springs has so much to offer that the list is too long to include. Visit the Pagosa Springs website and Wolfcreek Ski area for many suggestions. Skiing (of course) designated cross country skiing areas, summer and winter fishing, the fabulous hotsprings, horseback riding, hot air balloon festival in the summer, hiking and easy walks as well.
