In Cartagena, you can have all sorts of fun, but there are many street hustlers here who make a living by scheming, manipulating, and lying to Americans about "samples" of this or that, which they always call "sin compromiso" which means "without commitment." However, it is a lie, nothing is free in Cartagena...You will pay in one way or another. It is better to take the advice we offer and to do everything yourself, instead of getting involved with intermediaries that will cost more than they are worth. We are next door to the most popular meeting area of Bocagrande, which is the Juan Valdez coffee shop on San Martin Avenue. As far as house rules go, we only ask that you be clean and respectful. You can come and go as you please as long as you are quiet when arriving in the predawn hours, and please remember that all visitors must be in the condo by 10pm. Special exceptions can be made, just ask me beforehand. We are located 15 minutes away from the airport, in a neighborhood called Bocagrande. It is a 43-story building on the very corner of Avenida 1 con Calle 7. It is the Palmetto Eliptic, a round beautiful white building, you can't miss it. The cab fare from the airport to the Palmetto should be no more than 20.000 pesos ($10 US). You are going to love this place!
