After 15 years owning our great beach-front condo we decided to perform a full remodel. Removed popcorn ceilings, repainted everything, both bathrooms redone, replaced the drapes with plantation shutters, new ceiling fans and lighting. All new kitchen cabinets, counters, lighting and stainless appliances. We replaced the floors, mattresses and furniture in 2019. New water heater in 2020 and a new Heater/AIR CONDITIONING in 2021. Comfortably decorated two bedroom/two bathroom ocean-front condo in North Myrtle Beach, SC - just a few short steps to the sand. There is always 24 hour security on the entire grounds. There are 2 outdoor pools and one indoor pool. There are 6 tennis courts available for use that are lighted as well for night play. There's a boardwalk to the beach (about a 5-6 min. Walk) or if you don't want to walk, the Resort offers shuttle service ( 6 seat golf carts) to take you to and from the beach that runs all day long during the vacation season. Coco's, on the Beach restaurant/bar is located at the end of the boardwalk as well. It's one of only a few beach front restaurants on the Island. The bedrooms have king size beds that can be set up as king or two single beds for golfers. The living room has a sofa that will open into a queen bed.
