There are 3 spiral Staircases that lead to the roof deck both interior and exterior access. Our home has a Bertazzoni professional range, new Bosch dishwasher, 2 sinks in fully stocked kitchen, kuerig and traditional coffee maker, front-load washer/dryer, gas grill, and one Weber charcoal grill (Weber available upon request). Our one bedroom home with full bath is within the wooded area of Mount Helix. The bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, large closet with all amenities. This property is very private and quiet with beautiful surroundings, lots of places to sit and enjoy the garden or the early morning wildlife. Walk out onto the wrap around porch which over looks the pool and amazing views of the hillsides of Mount Helix. This one acre property also has a studio adjacent to the main house which is sometimes rented as a vacation rental as well (a max of 2 adults) I will most likely be on the property some of the time maintaining it, if so I stay in the private guest house. So at any given time there might be a max of 5 adults on my property. Ask at time of renting how many adults will be on property. When you come to sunny Mt. Helix you’ll enjoy the savings on your accommodations & see sunshine everyday. Be sure to visit the top of Mt. Helix for a 360 degree view of San Diego. Enjoy downtown La Mesa which is known as the 'Jewel of the Hills.' Near perfect climate, a quaint downtown village. Visit the Farmers' Market which is a tradition on Friday afternoons.
