This is a 4 bedroom / 3 bath turnkey pool villa located in Chocolate Hole, very close to downtown Cruz Bay. This home is perfect for large groups, especially those traveling with children. Sleeps 13 people. Bed 1: 1 king with en suite (upper level) Bed 2: queen and twin bunkbed (upper level) Bed 3: king Bed 4: queen and twin bunk bed Twin day bed on lower level living room. The upper level includes a large kitchen and great room along with two large bedrooms each with private adjoining decks. There is also a deck off of the kitchen for grilling and outdoor dining. The master bedroom includes a large e suite bathroom and walk in closet, while the secondary bedroom has a bathroom right outside the door for easy access. The villa is super kid friendly with no large drop offs or cliffs and is actually fenced in. Perfect for those with small children. We have a fully stocked board game cabinet and floats for the pool. Easy driveway with flat ample parking. Central air through out the whole villa. Incredible water views from almost every room in the house. A can’t miss. 8 minutes to Cruz Bay and 14 minutes to the closest north shore beach (Hawksnest). 25 minutes to Coral Bay. Walk to both great cruz bay beach and chocolate hole beach.
