We have 4 very large bedrooms, each with custom mahogany king size beds, spacious and spotless bathrooms with granite counter tops, double sinks and large showers. Spectacular Atlantic view from all bedrooms and walk out balconies. The balconies all have provision for 2 hammocks outside each bedroom, so you can enjoy the view and the breeze with a book and a drink anytime. First floor well equipped, modern, custom mahogany kitchen with granite counter tops; plus a convenient full function kitchenette on second floor - complete with granite counter tops, fridge, stove, dishwasher; etc. The second-floor kitchenette is very convenient - great for morning coffee, snacks, drinks, evening treats.. All very handy. The elevation and constant Atlantic breeze make the villa naturally comfortable. Windows are meshed to keep out any random insects and bugs. The villa is secure and with housekeeping service every day at no extra charge. All other conveniences including air conditioning, Cable TV, wireless internet, phone, washer, etc. Plus a complete roof deck to enjoy the night sky ! The entire roof of the villa is a roof deck with spectacular, panoramic views during the day, and a wonder at night, just to go up enjoy the Southern night sky. Close access to one of the best beaches in the South, horseback riding, wind surfing, supermarkets, etc. And 5 minutes from international horse racing at the newly opened Royal St. Lucia Turf Club. If boat watching is not your thing, then perhaps the show put on by the hummingbirds constantly flying around the lush gardens will excite you. Our rainy season starts in June and ends in November but even during this time the temperature hovers between 60 to 90 degrees Fahrenheit. During the late to early part of the year we enjoy much cooler evenings and early mornings. Please note that electricity supply in Saint Lucia is 220- 240V but we can accommodate 110V. This unit is ideally located and provides is access via mini bus to the city of Castries and the Georgr FL Charles airport which is within 10 to 15 minutes drive. Glace supermarket is within 5 - 10 minutes walk of the apartment, GL and Super J supermarkets are also within 10 - 15 minutes drive as well as access to many shops and a casino at the newly opened Bay walk Mall.
