Beautiful views surround the property, and outside features include a deck, dock, tiki hut, and lift. Plus there's room to bring your own boat.
Walk to Ming Ming Tea Cafe for coffee, bubble tea, and sushi, and for live jazz and blues, stop in at Ka'tiki Sunset Beach 4 minutes away by car. It's a quick drive over the bridge leading to Treasure Island and St. Pete beaches.
INSIDE THE HOUSE
Light pours into the living room from big glass doors leading to the backyard. The adjacent entryway and sunroom create one big living space, furnished with 2 sleeper sofas, love seat, cozy accent chair, and flatscreen TV. The sunroom has incredible panoramic views of the canal.
The open U-shaped kitchen has stone countertops, all-stainless appliances, and everything you need to fix up your favorite meals—including a handy trash compactor. The dining area has a wood table seating 6, plus 4 additional seats at the kitchen bar.
In the master bedroom you’ll find a private oasis. It features stone floors, a queen-size bed, flatscreen TV, plus deck access. There’s a lovely en suite bathroom with marble floors and a shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen-size bed, stone floor, and lots of natural light; 3rd has a comfy full-size bed with private access to the backyard, plus a sink, vanity, and walk-in closet.
There's a total of 18 seats in the backyard. A lush lawn leads to the canal dock, furnished with a tiki stand and 4 stools. The grill is hooked up to the gas line.
