This Chalet is a beautiful and lovingly cared for three-bedroom, three-bathroom chalet just before the corner of Fairways and Mountainview with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. The ground level features a 2-car garage with room for ski storage or biking storage, a large mudroom, and the main entrance to the home. The second level features the open concept kitchen, dining area and living room, the second and third bedrooms, as well as a full bathroom and a half bathroom (AKA powder room). This level also has the insuite laundry facilities (washer/dryer and ironing board). Off of the main living area is a huge and spacious wraparound deck with access to the propane barbeque, the large private hot tub, and unbelievable views of the Burfield, Sundance and Sunburst mountains and runs. The wraparound deck can be accessed from the dining area, living area, and the second and third bedrooms. The living area has plenty of seating for entertaining, and is open concept the dining area and kitchen. The dining area seats 6 at the table and 4 at the kitchen island. The kitchen features high end appliances, granite counter tops, and practically screams "luxury"! Located right along the base of Mt Morrisey, most homes feature beautiful views of Morrisey and Mt Tod and those along Morrisey will also likely offer ski-in opportunities via the Fairways Ski-Back cutoff. Fairways Drive stretches from just below the village to just before the base of Burfield, so walking to the village could be anywhere from 3 to 20 minutes depending on where on Fairways you are. The same is true if you're looking to walk to the Burfield chairlift. SKI-IN/SKI-OUT INFORMATION: Individual ski-in/ski-out information for properties we manage on Fairways Drive will be published on the property's listing directly as each home's location is unique. Most properties on Fairways Drive will be ski-in by using the Fairways Ski-Back cut-off, which can be reached from various green/blue/black runs.

These beautiful homes are three storeys over 2,200 sq ft., with homes on the front side of the complex having a view of the Sports Complex and homes on the backside of the complex overlooking forestry and a creek. Located just a short walk from the main village by passing Kookaburra Lodge, you have easy access to the restaurants, shopping, and Sundance and Sunburst Express chairlifts. This complex is across the street from the Sports Complex which features tennis courts, a soccer field, a children's playground, and will be home to the new ice skating rink. The next closest locations are the Kookaburra Lodge to the side, and Timberline just across the street. SKI-IN/SKI-OUT INFORMATION: From the top of Sundance, take any run that will connect you to Rambler. Get on the Gentle Giant run and take the cut-off behind Cahilty Lodge. Simply cross the street to enter the complex. To ski-out, it's a short walk past Kookaburra Lodge to the top of the village, where you can ski or board down to the Sunburst and Sundance chairlifts (pending weather conditions).

This Trapper's Landing unit is an ultra spacious four-bedroom, four-bathroom townhome perfect for a large family holiday. With convenient ski-in/ski-out access from both the Morrisey Chairlift and the Orient Express, this is a great location for your winter vacation, and you get a great view of Mt Morrisey from both your private balcony and your private hot tub on the patio below. I choose this condo because it had 4 bedrooms with either a double or queen bed and all 4 couples had their own space. The property was as advertised, the only surprises were good ones. Kitchen was fully equipped and the open floor on the main level allowed us to all enjoy each others company. "[The Property Manager]" was easy to contact with questions pre-arrival and our lift tickets were waiting for us at the condo as promised. This condo is truly ski-in, ski-out. Parking passes are provided but we walked to town. After a full day on the slopes we barbequed our steaks on the patio and then relaxed in the hot tub. The condo was very spacious and as well as 4 bathrooms there were racks in the laundry room for drying for your ski/snowboarding gear and space to store your gear in the attached garage. Crystal Forest is a long-time favourite choice of families. This complex provides private condos while still being just a short 3 - 5 minute walk to the main village. If you don't want to be directly in the main village but still have the convenience of being close by, this complex is a great option. Crystal Forest has a unique feature of a courtyard in the middle of the complex with privacy from the main road. The next closest complexes are McGillivray Creek across the street, Trail's Edge to one side, and Forest Trails diagonally across the street. SKI-IN/SKI-OUT INFORMATION: From the top of Sundance or Orient, take any run that connects to Mt Morrisey Connector which will bring you behind the complex. To ski-out, take the Valley Trail behind the complex to the Mt Morrisey Connector. This will take you to both the Morrisey and Orient Express chairlifts. Alternatively, it's approximately a 3 - 5 minute walk to the top of the main village where you can ski or board down to the Sundance and Sunburst chairlifts.

This luxurious 4-bedroom + sleeping den home has a cathedral ceiling in the living room that allows for massive nearly floor-to-ceiling windows which let in tons of natural sunlight, and provides a great view of MT morrisey, too. Open concept from this very welcoming living room is the dining area that seats 7 at the table and 4 at the bar, and the very spacious full kitchen. This Snow Creek Village suite is a 1-bedroom/2-bathroom bright and modern condo, able to sleep up to 4, and features a private hot tub and barbeque on the patio outside, a great option for a couple or small family traveling. The bedroom features a queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. There's an additional full bathroom that has another shower/tub combo as well. There's seating for 3 at the kitchen bar and 2 at the dining table, plus the living room couch which folds out into a sofabed, so there's plenty of space for guests.

This lovely condo provides plenty of room for an extended family on three levels marked by quality furnishings. It's located at the end nearest to the village of the Trapper's Landing townhomes making it an easy short walk to the village, while still providing great ski in and out to Morrisey chair. Trapper's Landing is located about 7 minutes walk from the village just opposite the Morrisey chairlift. The Morrisey Connector ski run runs alongside it's east end allowing for easy ski in and out. The quality craftsmanship of this condo complex is obvious upon sight and it's great ski in/out access to Morrisey makes for excellent ski season rental accommodations.

This home features a king bed in the master bedroom (with an ensuite bathroom), a double bed in the second bedroom, as well as a tri-bunk and a sofabed in the sleeping den. This home has a barbeque and private hot tub off the back, and there is a private balcony off of the master bedroom. Location Highlights: Trail's Edge is a large complex with townhomes ideal for family holidays. Located just a short walk away from the main village, about 5 minutes, this location is a great option if you want to have a bit of distance from the hustle and bustle but still be close enough to walk to the day lodge and main lifts. The next closest complexes are Crystal Forest to one side and Forest Trails across the street. SKI-IN/SKI-OUT INFORMATION: From the top of Sundance, use Rambler to get on the Mt Morrisey Connector which travels along the back of the complex. To ski out, hop on the Mt Morrisey Connector and ski/board down to the Morrisey and Orient Express chairlifts. Alternatively, you can follow the Valley Trail down to the main village where the Sunburst and Sundance chairlifts are, which is approximately a 5 minute walk.

It is approximately a 10 - 15 minute walk to the main village or just a short drive. The next closest complexes are Settler's Crossing and Echo Landing, which means that if you want family or friends to book close by there's essentially triple the options. There is an underground parkade (clearance of 2.29m or 7'6") with an entrance under the higher numbered units. There is a small courtyard around the lower numbered units which is a No Parking zone but temporary parking for the purpose of loading/unloading is permitted for 20 minutes or less. Another loading/unloading No Parking zone is located between the parkade entrance and Settler's Crossing, ideal for units numbered in the 20s and 30s. SKI-IN/SKI-OUT INFORMATION: From the top of Sundance, use the Rambler run to connect to the East Village Ski Way and get on Hasta La Vista to return to the complex. From the top of Orient, you can take Hasta La Vista directly down. Alternatively, the East Village Ski Way can be used to access the road from a couple of complexes over and it is a short walk back to Stone's Throw. To ski-out, from the lower numbered side of the complex pass the trees to get on Hasta La Vista and under the Skier Underpass to get to the Morrisey and Orient Express chairlifts. Alternatively, it's approximately a 3 - 5 minute walk down to these chairlifts.

Woodhaven is one of the furthest east complexes in Sun Peaks, which means you have plenty of buffer from the noise and bustle of the main village and convenient access to the best runs on Orient and Morrisey. This Woodhaven unit is a lovely private end terrace, with eye-catching views of Mt. Morrisey and Todd Mt. 4 bedrooms and a den are comfortably spread throughout the house providing privacy for all of you. 3 bedrooms with queen beds are upstairs and the fourth bedroom with a tri-bunk and the den with a sofa bed are downstairs. There are 3 and a half bathrooms to manage getting out in the morning. To ski-out, near the first entrance of the complex you can get on the East Village Ski Way and head down to the Morrisey and Orient Express chairlifts. You will be required to cross the street.

Across the street from the complex, by the Skier Underpass, is an entrance to the valley trail which runs along hole 17 of the golf course and will lead you to the main village. The next closest complexes are Crystal Forest beside, and McGillivray Creek across the street. SKI-IN/SKI-OUT INFORMATION: From the top of Sundance, take any run that leads to the Mt Morrisey Connector which will bring you to the back of the complex. To ski out, use the Mt Morrisey Connector to get to the Morrisey and Orient Express chiarlifts. Alternatively, you can follow the Valley Trail across the street to the Orient Express, or follow it down to the Sunburst and Sundance Express chairlifts.

This is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom, corner unit and a great home for a family gathering. You can also take Rambler down to Mt Morrisey Connector which will take you to the Morrisey Express which is just a short walk back to the complex, or you can take the East Village Ski Way and branch off at many connecting runs, such as Carpe Diem, Hasta La Vista, Czesc, and more, which will also get you on to the Mt Morrisey Connector. For ski-out, you can either take the last bit of the East Village Ski Way run or take a short walk to the skier underpass where you can hop on the Orient Express or Morrisey Express. Settler's Crossing has an underground parkade with a clearance height of 2.29m (7'6"). There is a small temporary parking zone for the purpose of loading/unloading on the left side of the entrance of the complex.

Echo Landing is a lovely 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhome and part of the brand new Echo Landing construction, meaning you may get to be one of the very first guests. The homeowners have traveled extensively and enjoy the little luxuries during travel that remind them of home and have done their best to provide guests with a similar experience in their meticulously maintained home-away-from-home. There's a bose bluetooth speaker system if you'd like to play some tunes, netflix already set up, and there are usb wall chargers in the bedrooms so if you forgot to pack yours, no worries. After a day on the slopes, there are so many ways you can undwind and relax - bask in your private hot tub, cool off in the two person steam shower, cozy up next to the fire in bathrobes provided for your use, or say "namaste" and do some yoga on the mats, with foam rollers for muscle release. Across the street from the complex, by the Skier Underpass, is an entrance to the valley trail which runs along hole 17 of the golf course and will lead you to the main village. The next closest complexes are Crystal Forest beside, and McGillivray Creek across the street. SKI-IN/SKI-OUT INFORMATION: From the top of Sundance, take any run that leads to the Mt Morrisey Connector which will bring you to the back of the complex. To ski out, use the Mt Morrisey Connector to get to the Morrisey and Orient Express chiarlifts. Alternatively, you can follow the Valley Trail across the street to the Orient Express, or follow it down to the Sunburst and Sundance Express chairlifts.

SKI-IN/SKI-OUT INFORMATION: From the top of Sundance or Orient, take any run that connects to Mt Morrisey Connector which will bring you behind the complex. To ski-out, take the Valley Trail behind the complex to the Mt Morrisey Connector. This will take you to both the Morrisey and Orient Express chairlifts. Alternatively, it's approximately a 3 - 5 minute walk to the top of the main village where you can ski or board down to the Sundance and Sunburst chairlifts.
