    The house is situated at the bottom of Sunburst Drive with 2 parking spaces. The parking is kept clear by Sun Peaks Property Services, as are the stairs down to the suite, which has its own entrance. We are usually present over the winter season, but if we are not around, Property Services can provide help. A short walk up the road (300m) will put you on Connector and access to resort's main ski lifts. If this is too much for the kids, a short drive will put you at one of the main car parks. You can return to within 50m of the house getting to Connector via Blazer, Runaway or Tighten Yer Boots. The suite is SE facing with big windows, high ceilings and receives sun for the majority of the day. The door in the living room provides access to a large flat backyard - great snowman and igloo territory. We occasionally see deer in the backyard. The kitchen has a full sized stove, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. We provide everything you need to cater for your family. There are two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, dresser, nightstand, mirror and wardrobe. Bedroom 2 has a whister bunk (double, single), single bed, nightstand, dresser, mirror and wardrobe. Parking passes are provided but we walked to town. After a full day on the slopes we barbequed our steaks on the patio and then relaxed in the hot tub. The condo was very spacious and as well as 4 bathrooms there were racks in the laundry room for drying for your ski/snowboarding gear and space to store your gear in the attached garage. For the Orient Express, you can take the chairlift up and head down the Czesc run which connects to the East Village Ski Way which will take you back to the Stone's Throw complex, but it also connects further below to the Mt Morrisey Connector run that will bring you back to the Orient or down to the Morrisey Express. For the Morrisey Express, there are a variety of runs that lead back to the base of the hill and from there it's either a short walk back to Stone's Throw, or hit the Orient and follow ski-in that way. The 16th hole of the Sun Peaks Golf Course runs alongside the complex, with some units even having a beautiful view of the green. In the winter this becomes part of the Hasta La Vista run which will also lead you back to the Orient. The next closest complexes are Settler's Crossing right beside, and just past that is the new Echo Landing. Under construction is the new Elevation complex which will be behind and above Stone's Throw. There is an underground parkade with an entrance under the higher numbered units. There is a small courtyard around the lower numbered units which is a No Parking zone but temporary parking for the purpose of loading/unloading is permitted for 20 minutes or less.
