In the centre of Eischoll are 2 ski lifts to the ski-area 2.200m altitude. The advantage of this ski-area is no queuing at the ski lifts and the slopes are not overcrowded. It is very nice and quiet. In Unterbäch (10 minutes drive) are 4 ski lifts to 2.500m altitude. This ski-area (1240 - 2550 m) is especially nice for beginners & advanced skiers. There is a good variety of skiing (30% easy, 40% intermediate, 30% difficult). There is a skis chool for ski- & snowboard lessons. One can also practice cross-country skiing. From Xmas to Easter plenty possibility for all these winter sports. When you want to go skiing or snowboarding, you don’t get nerved in long queues at the bottom of the lifts because there are just not tourists enough to crowd the slopes. The chairlift starts right from the village and guarantees snow from Christmas on because of the modern snow-making methods. The T-bar lift takes you up to 2.200m and challenges the intermediate and advanced skiers and boarders in every aspect. There is even a laid track for cross-country skiers. 100's of km's of walking, hiking, biking or mountain biking. Pre-marked trails and tracks with off road walking and biking available of varying difficulty. Walks in the alps or trek through the forests and discover beautiful mountain lakes and scenery. Eischoll offers also many walking tours (information in the tourist-office). For mountainbikers are 60 kms mountain bike tracks from Eischoll. Mountain bikes can be rented from Bürchen and Unterbäch.

    Comfortable small apartment, close to the station of Lugano and to the center. Fully furnished, with a nice view to the lake equipped with 2 comfortable sofabed. It is ideal for a single person or a couple but can accommodate up to 4 people. The location is very central and nice. In a walking distance you can reach all the major the bus-lines, the train station and airport shuttle services for Linate/Malpensa and Orio al Serio. Both the sofas that you see in the pictures are hideaway bed that you can fold away when you are in “sofa-mood". I think that they are even more comfortable as bed than in fact I have chosen them for this very reason.

We are ideally centrally located, in front of the ice-skating rink, next to the ski cable-car, the minigolf and playground, the bowling, the casino (open 24 h) restaurants, boutiques and shops (you can hire ski equipment in the sports shop downstairs). In the apartment, you will relax in the spacious living-room (books, board games, DVDs). The sofa bed can be turned into a single or king size bed and the dining table can accommodate 8-10 people. There is a separate, well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast table, two bedrooms with large cupboards, two bathrooms plus one visitors' toilet, and downstairs a ski locker and underground parking. Our apartment is loved by all guests for its comfort, cleanliness and fantastic location. It is ideal for people without a car, for families, for persons with disabilities. It is well kept and we warmly welcome individuals who will take good care of it.
