There are two master suites, both with TVs, so there’s no arguing about who gets the best room - and if you’re vacationing with a larger group, neighboring Units 13 and 16 are also available for rent. INSIDE THE HOUSE This 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath vacation rental features two master suites, each with a queen bed, en-suite bathroom and wall mounted TV. With one master suite at ground level and the other on the second floor, the home is ideal for combined groups or anyone wanting some time away from the group. The 3rd bedroom is perfect for the kids, with two sets of twin bunks so the sleepover never has to end. And the 4th is cozy and bright with tropical decor and a full bed. The 3rd and 4th bedroom share a full bathroom with tub/shower combo, and a fourth half-bath off the living areas adds even more convenience. In the open plan living area, you’ll find a long wooden dining table for 10 and casual bench-style dining in the eat-in kitchen as well. Decorated throughout in fun and bright colors, the spacious kitchen and lounge have a retro feel with a modern twist that’s sure to jazz up your vacation. In the living room, enjoy comfortable seating and a 40” wall mounted TV during the day. At night, those sofas pull out to two full-sized sleepers. There’s a patio outside with BBQ grill and picnic chairs for those who want some fresh air. And don’t forget the on-site pool. OUR LOCATION Royal Palms is only a 10-15 minute walk from the beach, which features a convenient sidewalk system that heads to the shoreline. And there’s plenty to do if you tire of the miles of golden sand on offer. The Leonabelle Turnbull Birding Centre is just 6 minutes by car and provides an opportunity to see diverse wild birds in a natural environment. It’s a short drive to Roberts Point Park, where you can catch a ferry across the water or head to Captain Kelly’s Deep Sea Headquarters and charter a fishing boat for the day. Kody’s Restaurant and Bar offers prime rib, hearty meals and miniature golf as well as a hopping bar that goes late into the night, only a few minutes’ walk from the home, and there are plenty of other eateries on offer in the area.
