It was totally remodeled with a modern reconfiguration with open living and kitchen, separate bedroom and bath with a balcony overlooking lovely Lago Trasimeno. The patios are decorated with handmade ceramic tiles, there is the environmentally friendly swimming pool (6m x 14m) with water purified by UVA rays (no chlorine) and throughout the property are quiet places to sit and admire the views. We recently built a Yoga platform of 30 sqm which helps you stay fit and do your daily exercises. The area is full of trekking and cycling routes and there are many sporting activities around. It is a full immersion nature place where sun and moon and night sky enrich your daily schedule. We like to walk up the hill (35 min) every other day to the beautiful village of Castel Rigone, enjoy the tremendous view over the lake and have a capuccino with a brioche at one of the bars. The pool is 6 meters by 12 meters and from 0,90 to 1,50 meters deep. There are 4 sun beds and 5 sun chairs. There is free wi-fi in the house and parking on the premises. The WiFi normally works well, but we cannot guaratee for the providing company as it is via antenna. The gravel road to the villa is bumpy and preferably needs a car with a higher wheel case.
