It overlooks large pastures with the Sevier River meandering throughout, where you can watch cattle roam in the summer, as well as spectacular sunrises and sunsets over the back of Bryce Canyon (Paunsagunt Cliffs) which is right in front of the house. Most windows in the house have a breathtaking view, hence the name "Lookout". The property sits on 3.5 private acres with private Sevier River frontage for fishing. The river is known for 3 kinds of trout that are restocked periodically by the local fish hatchery. The property has just completed an extensive remodel with new hardwood and tile flooring throughout, exceptional tile walk in showers with windows, granite countertops, automatic espresso and coffee maker (coffee provided), stainless steel kitchen appliances etc. It has been decorated in a trendy modern urban industrial style using reclaimed accent pieces, local antiques and custom metal artwork from local craftsmen. Note that the Lookout does not have air conditioning, as summers do not get very hot at the higher elevation in Hatch, but all windows have screens so they can be opened to take advantage of the breeze. You will enjoy a good night rest in eery silence. If you're from the big city, it will take some getting used to. The property is equipped with state-of-the-art electronic locks so that guests can check themselves in at any time, and late check-in is not a problem. With new furniture and plenty of space, the main level of the home is an ideal gathering place.
