There are plenty of areas to unwind and chill including a sun terrace by the pool that gets the sun all day long. There is an outside dining table with 6 chairs shaded under the pine tree. Upstairs is a large balcony with chairs to relax with a sunscreen. The sun beams here all day long and can get a little hot. Beautiful views of the village in the distance. The house itself doesn't have any aircon but because the villa is positioned higher up, it does get a lovely breeze blowing through the home. We rented it for the first time last summer and didn't have any complaints. Pets are very welcome, we love dogs but please respect our home. There is a large part of the garden dogs can go on to the side of the villa (you'll notice we have bonfires here)! Bedsheets and towels are provided as well as a fully equipped kitchen including a microwave. We run our home on solar and lived there for 5 months in the winter with no problems. We have a more than an efficient system but please just think green when you are here. You'll get a full phone signal and fast broadband here. There are 3 rubbish bin locations on the urbanisation to please clear up after yoursleves. There are so many places to explore here and we truly hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

You are in nature yet at a short distance from the city and cultural surroundings. We recommend visiting the Cuevas de Canelobre (can be seen from the house) and hikes to breathe some fresh air. The views are really unique. You can also enjoy the history of the village of Busot with its nice architecture and the Museo Étnico. Busot is 23 km from Alicante city centre or 20 minutes by car. The beach of El Campello is at 12 minutes by car. If you are a fan of hikes, snepling, you like to cycle or just want to relax surrounded by a beautiful scenery, the place is ideal for you. It is better to come by car, you have plenty of space to park at our place but there is also a bus in the village (15-20 minutes walk) that goes to El Campello (seaside) or Mutxamel. Elliot arrived late by 3 hours but the host was only too happy to come out late and show us the apartment. The bathroom was clean, shower powerful, bed linen and bedrooms all immaculate. Really quick 10 min taxis into central madrid, next to the famous ventas bullring. Would definitely recommend. Calgar After having a wonderful stay at our host's Barcelona apartment, we moved to Madrid to stay in his Madrid apartment as well. Madrid is a beautiful city and this apartment is definitely a very good choice for a relaxing vacation in Madrid. It is quite huge with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a big kitchen with every necessary utensil and a very spacious beautiful terrace. We enjoyed a lot having our breakfasts at the open-view terrace. The apartment is nicely designed with quality furniture, and the bed was quite comfy as well. Though the apartment is not located within the city center, there are two metro stations very close by the apartment, around 2 to 3 minutes on foot. These stations are on major lines that connects you to the various stations in the city center in 20 minutes at most. Or you may opt to walk as once we did and it takes around 40 minutes. Getting to the apartment from the airport is again quite easy using the metro. There are 2 supermarkets that are within 200 meters range and there are some restaurants and bars as well. Checking in and out went quite smooth for us. Our host greeted us himself upon our arrival, and gave us information about the city and the surroundings of the apartment, along with a map and a tourist guide-book. On the check-out day, our plane was taking off a little bit late, but although he had other guests coming in the same day, Roberto arranged for us to leave our luggages in until 3pm. He is a very friendly and caring host and he was always available for any question through phone or SMS. All in all, we enjoyed our stay in Madrid a lot and I could sincerely recommend this host and his beautiful apartment in Madrid. Damali My friends and I have a wonderful stay in this unit. The terrace was such a great surprise, given the size and view. Madrid is a marvelous city, which I wish we had more time in to explore it a little more. If I ever return there, I know where I will stay.

    Our completely modernized farmhouse is situated on a mountain-top overlooking the beautiful wide valley of the Conca de Barbera in the northern limits of the province of Tarragona, where we offer you a friendly and comfortable atmosphere. In your lounge in your separate apartment you'll find a scrap-book, full of information on places to see and visit, a short car ride away, apart from a walk up to the top part of the village for the views and to visit the 1000-year-old Romanic church and wander round the old village, or taking a walk in the local countryside to visit the ancient spring or to pick aromatic plants, there many interesting visits to be made locally. Our place is in the lower part of the village, which avoids being shrouded in clouds as is the top part when it's cloudy, but just as cool in summer, when down on the coast they sweat in clammy heat, we sleep in cool freshness, and is at more or less the same altitude as several local places that can be cycled to (we have bikes we can hire you very cheaply) along the tracks improved by the windmill installers. The windmills provide great wondering for younger visitors, and although initially their presence scared off most of our local eagle population, recently we have been noticing the return of soaring great birds of prey in the skies over the wide valley of the Conca. We are lucky to have brand-new 5-star thermal spring establishment of Rocallaura, extremely well-equipped and guaranteed to make you feel a new person in two hours. We have multi-ticket entries which reduce the price from 23 to 15€‚ all-in. We have also installed a steam sauna therapy shower cabin on the ground floor next to the yoga room; you feel 10 times better than taking a shower afterwards. Cost 3€ per session. With the village strategically situated on the Route of the Cisters, and the public rambling route Gr Saint James' Track passing in front of the house, giving easy access to the 3 famous historic monasteries, Santes Creus, historically fascinating, Vallbona de les Monges, quaint and still functionning, and Poblet, beautiful and much-appreciated. The local capital, Reus, is famous as Gaudi's birthplace, with an interesting 5-floor visitor centre and a walking route through the town visiting the 28 outstanding Noucentista houses.     In a white Mediterranean-style resort you will find this spacious and comfortable apartment located east of Marbella, in one of the best areas of the Costa del Sol and the Golf not far from the port of Cabopino and the beach of Artola famous for its dunes. A marvelous scenery immersed in a lush garden and a short distance from a long pleasant walk that runs along the enchanting sandy beach, one of the most famous in Marbella. In the terraced house is accessed by a gate that leads to the street and through a patio furnished with table and chairs you get directly into the house, the living room with sofa, coffee table and TV is in the same environment of the modern kitchen fully equipped. On the same floor a double bedroom and bathroom, adjacent to the kitchen another terrace on the back that serves as a support. A large staircase from the living room leads to the upper floor where the master bedroom with its bathroom is located, all the shower amenities included are not lacking. And finally, the bedroom leads to another terrace/solarium equipped with sun loungers and parasol. Everything you need is within reach, in the Resort there are two large outdoor pools surrounded by captivating and relaxing solarium, next to the bar and one of the Resort's two restaurants, not far from the heated indoor pool, the Jacuzzi and in front of the fitness center, adjacent to the pool, a play area for children and a mini club. At the entrance of the characteristic Andalusian Resort, the welcoming 24H Reception and just outside the gate of the house is a short walk from a good supermarket for everything you need. This apartment has many comforts both inside and outside really in a privileged position in Marbella surrounded by numerous golf courses including the renowned Cabopino Golf, the port and numerous restaurants and bars. You will have the use of the whole house and its private space. You will also be able to use all the hotel resort facilities such as reception, apartment service and house cleaning on request with extra payment. Within the resort there are 2 restaurants offering a variety of food and even buffet meals. There is also a pool bar for drinks and snacks. The resort also has a gym and a playground for children. Some activities for children are offered during the summer. The outdoor pools are closed from November 1st until Easter, but you can enjoy the heated indoor pool and sauna all year round.
