The cabin is within walking distance (30 minutes) of the East Branch of the Saco River, and there is a closet for storing skis, snowshoes, and hiking gear. It is a 5 minute drive to North Conway and a 10 minute drive to Jackson. Several ski resorts are also nearby, including Cranmore, Attitash, and Black Mountain, which are all 15 minutes away, and Wildcat and Bretton Woods, which are 30 minutes away. Cannon is 45 minutes away, and Loon is an hour away. The cabin is also close to Pinkham Notch and Crawford Notch (30 minutes) and Franconia Notch (45 minutes). The farmer's porch has two Adirondack chairs for guests to use, and there is an additional Adirondack chair as well. There are also two camp chairs that guests are welcome to take to the river or to other favorite spots in the White Mountains. We have seen a variety of wildlife from our cabin windows including black bears, deer, coyotes, hawks, moose, chipmunks, squirrels, foxes, and turkeys. We are licensed to operate this short-term rental in New Hampshire. Our NH Meals and Rentals Operator License is #101787. We do not have cable TV, but do have a Smart TV so please feel free to bring your Roku, Firestick, etc.

The first year we vacationed there, we saw a moose outside the bedroom window. The house itself is spacious. The living area on the main floor is the perfect place for family meals and socializing. There is also plenty of space for people to enjoy alone time. The house is clean and uncluttered, very easy to live in for a week. The owners have been great. This condo is surrounded by the beautiful white mountains in Waterville Valley Nh. The condo comes with a full kitchen, all the plates and pans you would need. A gorgeous pond is directly behind the condo where you can go boating, fishing or swimming. You can also enjoy a great hike , bike ride, ski, tennis, volleyball, soccer. Or just sit back and enjoy the view right in the town square located just 5 minutes from your condo.

Relax in our 5 bedroom home with central air. Four brand new pillow top king bedrooms and a children’s bedroom with two twin beds. The entire house was equipped with all new furniture in June of 2016 and a few antiques (including a coffee table made from a real ship’s wheel) and remodeled in 2018. All bedrooms are equipped with 42 inch flat screen smart LED TVs. Two of the king bedrooms have their own private deck and a third deck is accessible from the sunroom and the dining room. Use the stainless steel BBQ conveniently located just off the sunroom to whip up a quick dinner or prepare a gourmet feast in our well-appointed kitchen equipped with granite countertops and backsplash and ample pots, pans, blender, crock pot, 4 slice toaster, griddle, hand mixer and more. Located in highly desirable North Chatham. Situated in the “elbow" of the Cape, you can walk to Scatteree Beach or bike to Lighthouse Beach. Just a short drive to town, restaurants, and golf. The bike trail is close by, as is the shark museum, and the Lazy Lobster restaurant. The house sits at the end of a private drive with plenty of parking. This large home is perfect for two families or a large family get together. Enjoy a cup of coffee in our sunroom equipped with a coffee station and electric teakettle. There are 3 gathering areas: a large living room on the first floor, a spacious family room in the basement, and a cozy media room on the first floor. All of the gathering areas have large flat screen Smart LED TVs. The media room, kitchen and outside deck are equipped with Bose speakers. The in-law apartment in the basement has its own fully equipped kitchen with adjoining eating area, a spacious family room with a queen pull out sofa and its own private king bedroom. It also has its own separate entry from outside. The house has four and a half full bathrooms. One bathroom on each level, plus an oversized outside shower that has hot and cold water. The beautifully landscaped yard is small, but you can enjoy a game of croquet or horseshoes or just pick from the many outdoor and indoor games we have on hand. Enjoy the large outside shower with hot and cold running water. Help yourself to free long distance calls, a cable package that includes Nesson so you won’t miss an important ball game, and secure WiFi. Don’t worry about who has the key, as we have a state of the art keyless entry system. The beautiful village of Chatham is one of the most picturesque and sought after on the Cape. It has great beaches, seal tours, FREE Chatham Angler baseball games, FREE band concerts on the green, Shark Museum, Chatham Lighthouse, Monomoy Theater, and charming boutiques and antique shops galore. Taking 2019 bookings now. Off-season we do take short bookings making this home ideal for groups going to weddings, graduations, memorial services, business trips, etc. There is no mandatory arrival or departure day during off season. High season rates (July and August) must be in 7 day increments 7,14,21,28. Reservation arrival and departure is on Saturday during high season.

Enter this 2nd floor condo and find the full bath on your left, a spacious closet to your right and your living/dining area straight ahead. A few steps forward, you'll see the kitchen along the left wall, with dining table and seating for four within arm's reach. Beyond is a cozy electric fireplace below the flat screen TV. Straight ahead you'll see the comfortable sleep sofa by the slider to the spacious deck with mountain views. To the right, find a bright bedroom with queen bed and another TV and spacious closet. The Lodge at Lincoln Station offers many amenities, including game rooms, coin laundry, pool and hot tub, billiard table, ski closet with tuning area, and bike rack in summer, all located on the lowest level. The entry level hosts an inviting lobby area, off of which is a large sun deck for enjoying the Pemigewasset River sights and sounds, and stairs leading down to the river. On the other side is the outdoor pool with grilling area and picnic tables. Shuttle bus to Loon is also provided throughout the main ski season. Pools, laundry and games may be unavailable for short periods due to mechanical or physical maintenance. Admittance may be denied for non-adherence to rules.
