It is a favorite family vacation home in the middle off a wonderful garden of 1500 square meters, with grass and trees offering lot of shadow corners . It has two floors. Upper floor is the main bedroom, a bathroom and an assisting open loft with a double bed, usually used for the kids. So 4 people (2 adults and 2 kids) can sleep upstairs. Ground floor. There is a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher), a dining area and a small WC. Two steps further down is the Living room, (with open fireplace, TV and a double sofa-bed), leading out onto the garden and the raised courtyard with pergola and a built-in barbecue. The BBQ area is awesome and you will enjoy grilling fresh fish or souvlaki almost every night. There is also a separate guest house with a double bed and a bathroom with shower. It has entrance from the garden and may accommodate two more persons. In the back gardens there is a small melon field which supply the family and guests with herbs and salads of the season. (tomatoes, zucchini, eggplant, basil, peppers, okra…. ) At walking distance some nice small taverns and 'cafe' in the beach front, and a village with market 2 bicycles are available free for easy access to the village and surrounding countryside walks .. .
