ABOUT THE HOUSE
The waterfront deck might just be your new favorite place. Start your day with an early morning soak in the hot tub and watch the sunrise over the water. A collection of lounge and deck chairs provide seating for up to twelve, so you can gather the whole group for an evening cocktail or meal. Take the path straight down to the water’s edge, and rinse off afterwards in the outdoor shower.
Inside, expansive windows and cathedral ceilings characterize the open-plan living room, kitchen, and dining area, and the east-facing windows capture a panorama of the water views. Grab a chair or stake out your place on the red leather sectional to enjoy the scenery, or unwind with a movie on the 46” TV.
The kitchen includes all the essentials for making a classic lobster dinner, including boiling pots, dishes, utensils, and a top-of-the-line gas range. The classic dining table seats up to eight.
An intimate sitting area on the second floor includes a table with four chairs and an office space with water views, plus a futon that serves as additional sleeping space for two.
On the first floor, the luxury master suite offers more water views, a king bed, 53” flat screen TV, walk-in closet, gas fireplace, and an en-suite bathroom with jetted tub and walk-in shower.
You’ll find the second and third bedrooms on the second floor, with queen beds, cozy seating areas, spectacular water views, and a private bathroom for each room.
An additional half bath is located just off the kitchen.
Perfect for families, the studio apartment has its own entrance on the ground floor and a shaded private patio. Inside, rich wood-paneled walls and nautical fixtures give the impression of a captain’s quarters. A cozy twin bed is tucked into a cubby.
