Recently renovated, our Marketplace Lodge 1 bedroom is a bright clean retreat located at the quiet end of the main Whistler Village Stroll. Walk outside to a full size grocery store, liquor store, Blenz Coffee, Starbucks, the Olympic Celebration Plaza and countless shops and restaurants. It is within walking distance to the Whistler-Blackcomb gondola’s and ski lifts and also close to the Whistler Village free-shuttle bus. Listed for up to 4 adults, it includes a new queen bed in the bedroom plus two new custom made double-bed sofa beds in the living room; with the 6” thick pillow-top sofa bed matresses, these sofa beds sleep as comfortable as a regular bed. The fully equipped kitchen features upgraded appliances, a quiet Miele dishwasher, granite countertops, various small appliances and all the comforts of home. The renovated bathroom includes Italian Cabano bath fixtures, heated slate floor, a granite countertop and an added built-in linen cabinet. The 50” QLCD Smart TV includes cable TV and an Apple TV with Netflix along with a Personal Video Recorder (PVR) so you won't miss anything while out enjoying the village. The bedroom also includes a 42" cable TV with Apple TV and Netflix. The in-suite laundry is included with additional guest storage. The Marketplace complex offers an outdoor common area hot tub, underground free parking, a bike storage locker, 3 elevators/lifts and a guest laundry room. Skis and snowboards can be stored in unit on the storage rack provided in the unit or on the balcony.

Our one Bedroom luxury ski in/out condominium, located on Blackcomb Mountain close by the new Blackcomb Mountain high-speed gondola, is possibly the most spacious one bedroom accommodation on the Benchlands. Greystone Lodge is situated about 100 yds above the gondola base. The Lodge has additional policies in place that are compliant with current BC Health and Safety regulations during the pandemic, including deep cleaning and a full day (30 hours) between bookings. There is an access trail linking the lodge to the downhill run (about 50 yards). You can be skiing within minutes of leaving your accommodation. This unit has fully equipped lounge, dining and kitchen areas with a private balcony and views across the valley to Rainbow Mountain. The bedroom features a queen bed and single sleigh-bed. There is a queen sofa bed in lounge. The lodge features a comfortable foyer with a gas fire, secure gated underground parking, laundry room, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, and year-round heated outdoor pool. The condo is in a family oriented Ski Lodge consisting of 50 units. Families are ideally placed for access to the novice chair, free kiddies magic carpet and children's ski schools all within about 200 yds by ski. Children can ski down to the novice chair (about100 yds) and ski home too. It is generally quiet in the evenings as Greystone is slope-side and not close to main roads or pedestrian traffic areas. The upper village is a few minutes walk and there is a free shuttle bus to and from the main Whistler village (or about a 5-10 min walk). There are no pets allowed in our unit and a no smoking policy applies throughout Greystone Lodge. The unit has HDTV with a HDMI computer connection, and there is free high speed internet. Bring along your lap top and log in. The Blackcomb gondola connects with the Peak to Peak Gondola linking Blackcomb and Whistler Mountains, the longest (4.4 km) and highest (1427 ft above the valley) Gondola ride in the world. In summer the Blackcomb and Peak-to-Peak Gondolas transport our visitors to alpine trail networks on both Blackcomb and Whistler Mountains, offering easy to challenging, high-alpine hiking terrain.

This ski-in/ski-out townhouse is ideally situated in the Blackcomb Benchlands, a short 5 minute walk to the Upper Village (Blackcomb base and the Blackcomb gondola) and 10 minutes to Whistler Village and all of its amazing shops and restaurants. There is a free shuttle to the Upper and Whistler Villages' with a stop at the top of the driveway. You are close to, and can participate in all the action that Whistler has to offer but can choose to relax in a quiet and private environment as you may see fit. This spacious townhouse is located in a very quiet 16 unit complex. The unit has an open plan kitchen/living/dining area that provides a very relaxing atmosphere. The master bedroom is huge with high vaulted ceilings, electric fireplace and HD TV. Top end finishes and attention to detail are evident throughout and include stainless steel appliances, gas range and fireplace, hardwood floors, 8 in-ceiling speaker system, granite counter-tops in kitchen and all bathrooms, heated slate tile floors in all bathrooms and entry level and a totally private hot tub. The kitchen is equipped with every conceivable appliance and is stocked with a full compliment of spices and condiments. The main floor den provides a quiet sanctuary for the kids or to enjoy some quiet reading or TV. Wireless internet provides access to streaming Netflix, Amazon Prime using the chrome cast. This is not a typical rental unit, it is our second home and we only rent on limited basis each year, so at all times it is maintained to a very high standard. You will find that it feels like a cozy home, not like the typical, available for rent all year round, condo unit.

We are about 1 km from Whistler Village and Whistler and Blackcomb ski lifts, and about 2 km. From Creekside, which has a gondola to Whistler. The award winning Whistler Golf Club is within 1km. It was an easy walk to the free bus, we got off at the top of the Painted Cliff Road and skied down to the Blackcomb Gondola. The apartment is well-equipped and we cooked there most nights.
