Every effort is made to have your stay an unforgettable experience from beautifully furnished rooms to great views of the Atlantic Ocean. This unique one bedroom apartment provides you with all that you will need to fully enjoy our beach environment. It features a full kitchen with cooking utensils, dishes, flatware, stemware and full sized appliances. A king sized bed and full bath is featured with two sets of sheets, pillow cases, hand, bath and beach towels. Just bring food and accutroments and you will be home. The beach is just steps from your door. Enjoy shell collecting on your leisurely walks down the deserted, unspoiled beach just a few steps outside your door. Encounter an ocean bottom free from coral and rocks as you swim, fish, surf, and sun bathe. Ride your bicycle on the paved bike path that follows the sea for miles. Relax on your patio and be enchanted watching seasonal blue herons, sand pipers, ibis, skimmers, sea gulls, terns, and pelicans in formation. Remain quiet and a cardinal or scrub jay might surprise you. Look beyond the shoreline to see porpoises playing in the surf or an occasional sea ray flying through the air. Be fascinated by giant sea turtles laying their eggs in the sand after dark during May through August. Delight in the eruptions of turtle nests as hatchlings make their way to the sea in the early mornings of July to October. And if you wish to leave your retreat to play golf or tennis or to explore the Indian River Lagoon by canoe, kayak, sail or power boat, you are just minutes away. Or if you decide to travel a little further, you can visit Kennedy Space Center, Port Canaveral, Disney, and the Orlando attractions.

We invite you to come see why our family has been visiting Daytona Beach for many years and have now purchased this clean & relaxing beach-side home just a short walk from the World's Most Famous Beach. It's our second season. House was completely remodeled in 2016. A brand new kitchen with brand new appliances. New porcelain tiled floors. New furniture & beds. The entire house has been freshly painted and is waiting for your arrival. Everything is "Bright & Beachy" :) even WiFi throughout the house. We have 3 bedrooms, all with new Serta beds. 2 bathrooms w/towels. Sleeps 6-7 adults comfortably. The Master bedroom has a king size bed & a private bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower for easy accessibility. There are two guest rooms-one with 1 queen bed and the other with 2 twin beds. We have a Simmons Beautysleep Foldaway Guest Bed-COT for a seventh person. The guest bathroom has a double vanity sink with a shower/tub combo. Our floor plan is perfect for entertaining. Bedrooms are nestled down the hall from the main areas. Perfect for when kids are sleeping; parents can continue the fun. Guests can use the Outdoor Teak Shower after a day at the beach, a refreshing swim in the private in-ground pool (not heated) or sunning on the pool deck. How about relax in the Florida room, or enjoy a cocktail around the new granite island in the kitchen. Never worry about not having enough seating as we have plenty. Enjoy a game of family table tennis in the screened garage. Beach Toys: We've got you covered. Beach chairs, wagon, cooler, sand toys, sports equipment and more here for you to use during your stay. This beach house is located close to the best dining, grocery & convenience stores, parks, outdoor fitness center, golfing, boat & jetski rentals, and all Daytona Beach attractions. You can be in Orlando to visit the world class parks (Disney, Universal, SeaWorld, etc.) within 90 minutes. The room has high vaulted ceilings with sliding glass doors and retractable screens that open out to the pool area under the covered area offering beautiful sunsets over the golf course. Just 2 blocks north is the "Saints Golf Course" which is owned and operated by the City of Port St. Lucie and offers lessons and has a nice restaurant serving breakfast lunch and dinner. Located at 2601 S.E. Morning-side Blvd. A tranquil residential neighborhood. The City of Port St. Lucie is becoming known for their River Walkways, Botanical Garden, and a vison for developing serval activity centers to live, work and play. Currently, the city is working on the Boardwalk project on the river next to the Botanical Gardens on West Moreland Blvd. The area is close to 4 Major League Baseball Spring Training centers and know for Boating, Deep Sea Fishing Charters Relaxing on the beach, Dinning, Shopping, the Theater and more.
