Terms And Conditions

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited (i.e. there is no refund). Upon making your reservation a complete Rental Agreement will be sent to you.A 25% deposit is required to confirm your reservation.Balance due 60 days prior to arrival date.Non refundable but we accept replacement with a administration fee of $50US

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 25 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 25 percent of the rent.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.

Payment Methods

No fees are charged for credit card processing. Direct Bank Deposit, Cash

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 300.00 USD is due on arrival. Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit. The deposit or portion thereof is refund the day of departure

Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access

Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 11:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests.

A metered fee is collected on departure. The fee applies for Long stays only. For Short stays this service is included in the rent.

Telephone Fee

The property does not have a phone. If you should need a phone while staying in Mexico, you can purchase a Mexican cell phone for US$ 30 at any TELCEL outlet. There is one in the MEGA shopping center close to ACQUA. All incoming calls are FREE, from anywhere, anytime.For outgoing calls you need to buy minutes. You can purchase minutes that you can purchase at any TELCEL outlet.

Internet Service & Fee

A guest must request this optional service. For Long stays only.Internet for a month, would come to about $45US .It's like a USB keys with our internet phone number that a guest will download on their PC Laptop. You just have to buy your time for the days you need .at the Grocery Store (Mega) at the cashier or at the Tel Cel store next to Mega ....both are close to Acqua. All this information is sent in details to the guest once booked.
