Description
New luxury beachfront condo on the 5th floor. This unit has beautiful brand-new furnishings and contents - everything was imported from the USA. We set it up as a fully-functional second home with many of the same comforts and amenities of our home in California, NOT as a typical rental condo with cheap furnishings and throw-away basics. Most of the kitchen items were purchased from Macy's of CA and Sur la Table gourmet store in San Francisco, CA. Our unit has a Vitamix Blender, garbage disposal, KitchenAid toaster oven, Haier microwave, a high-end water filter with a separate tap on the sink top for drinking water. There are wall-mounted hairdryers in each bathroom. Both the washer and dryer have steam-cleaning options for dry-clean only items; steam-cleaning is perfect for freshening up fabrics to rid them of the smell of humidity. We have a large movie library, a Brookstone stereo with speakers in the living room, 10 new board games, a Sony boombox for taking downstairs to the beach, an ice chest with wheels, plush beach towels, spa-quality Egyptian and Turkish cotton bath towels, 3 ceiling fans and 3 separate mini-split A - C units located in the living room and both bedrooms. The back side of the unit is lined with 9 floor-to-ceiling glass windows - sliding doors - open them all up at once to experience total indoor - outdoor living at its best! Terms And Conditions
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, the booking deposit is non-refundable. If the property is re-rented, the cancellation penalty is reduced.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Payment Methods
Credit card payments are not accepted. PayPal, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 14 or more days prior to arrival) Short notice requests can only be paid by PayPal.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 550.00 USD is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 14 days of departure.
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 11:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests.
Children Policies
Property is not suitable for persons under the age of 12. A security deposit of 550.00 USD is not included in any calculations for the 'Total Rent' or 'Booking Notice'.
Quiet Time Policy
The quiet time is from 11:00 PM To 07:00 AM
Smoking Policy
Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).

The property does not have a phone.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. A minimum "Fine" of 500.00 will apply if evidence of a pet is found in the property. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Group & Min. Age Policies
Adult guests must be 25 years or older., Maximum of 4 adults and 0 children. Extra or unauthorized occupants could result in eviction without refund.
Cleaning During Stay
A fee is charged for this service. A guest must request this optional service. Requests for this service must be received well in advance of your stay.
Linen
Beach towels are supplied. 100% cotton sheets, towels & bedding. Towels are not allowed outside of the property.
Air Conditioning & Fees
A guest must request this optional service. Air conditioning is included in the rent. There is no fee charged. Excessive use will be charge for by deducting the cost from the security deposit.
