Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 100 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Full payment is due at booking time.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500.00 CAD is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 21 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, payments (less 20 percent) are refunded if the property is re-rented.

No fees are charged for credit card processing. Visa, Master Card, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Email Money Transfer, Cash, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival)
