Brand new fully furnished 1-bedroom apartment in a peaceful neighborhood of Albufeira, Portugal, is located within walking distance of the Old Town, beaches and marina. The apartment is a part of a famous resort-type complex of Encosta Da Orada, which is perfectly suited for family and couples’ vacations. Our apartment has 3 spacious terraces with a magnificent view of the Atlantic Ocean, which is equipped with a parasol, 2 long chairs and a dining table.The maximum occupancy for rental is 4.
Housing:
New Ocean View Apartment with terrace is located in the heart of the tourist’s favorite South coast resort Portugal - Albufeira. Being part of an exclusive Encosta Da Orada complex, our apartment is a perfect getaway for young couples and families. The entire complex is located close to the Beach Peneco, which makes it a perfect destination for short- and long-term vacations. New Ocean View Apartment with terrace is a modern, brand new flat, designed in a minimalistic style to create a positive and relaxing atmosphere for each guest. Focusing on your comfort, the 92 m² large apartment is an excellent fit to accommodate 4 people.
The configuration of apartments is as follows: 1 bedroom with a full-size bed, wardrobe and bedside tables; a large living room, featuring 2 sofa-beds, Smart TV Samsung LED; (YouTube Premium, Netflix and 160 satellite channels free for our guests), bathroom with a hydro-massage bath, fully equipped kitchen and 3 terraces.
The living room has direct access to 2 sunny terraces with a stunning view of the Atlantic Ocean. The kitchen has an access to a terrace overlooking the beautifully landscaped garden and 2 swimming pools. All patios are equipped with dining tables, and the sunny terrace has also a parasol and 2 lounge chairs.
New Ocean View Apartment with terrace is equipped with 2 air conditions, which can be used for both cooling and heating. Our apartment is equipped with all the necessary amenities that might be handy during the stay. The spacious kitchen has essential appliances, including a stove, fridge, oven, water kettle, dishwasher, coffee maker, washing machine, microwave oven etc.
What is available to the guests:
Our apartments have high-speed Internet - up to 500 Mb, Wi-Fi is free for our guests.
We offer our guests tennis rackets and a set of tennis balls (also for free), which guests can use to play on the tennis court in the complex.
If you are traveling with infants, our apartment has a baby cot and a high chair (they are free for our guests, but you should notify us previously).
For the safety of guests, the apartment has a safe-box for documents and valuables.
Guests of our apartment have access to both swimming pools for adults and kids. Long chairs and beach towels are also free of charge for our guests.
Tennis courts and other recreational facilities are available only to residents and guests of the apartments.
Free parking on the grounds of the complex and a parking space in the underground parking is always available for guests.
The territory of the complex is closed, and during the period from May to October the complex is monitored and guarded.

The building is situated in one of the most desired locations in Albufeira. Extraordinary ocean views, gardens and beautiful landscapes will be a highlight of your trip.
New Ocean View Apartment with terrace is a 10-minute walk from a well known beach Praia do Peneco which is close to an Old Town, restaurants, cafes and supermarkets and 15-minute walk from a sandy beach called Pescadores beach. For sightseeing lovers there is the Sacre de Albufeira Museum, Santana Church and the Municipal Museum of Archeology. For those who prefer to go shopping, there is a shopping street and the mall which are reachable by car (2.8 km). For active tourists there are plenty of other things to do: Kayak and SUP Caves Tours are about 4 kilometers away, Pine Cliffs Golf Course, considered one of the finest golf clubs in Portugal and kids; favorite Zoomarine Algarve Waterpark are in about 20 minutes by car. For those who prefer yachting, sailing, boating and so on there are a lot of opportunities in the Marina area about 2 km away.
Transport:
Our manager will meet you at our Encosta Da Orada complex and register you.
Faro Airport is situated 40 km from our location, which shouldn't take more than 30 minutes by car, depending on the traffic.
The nearest bus stop is 400 m away.
The easiest way of getting around in Albufeira is either walking or renting a car. If you want to rent a car, we can offer you our partners - car rent company and they can meet you at the Faro airport and provide you with the best auto.
Transfer:
If you need a transfer, you can write to us in advance, and our partners will give you the best price.
The price to meet you at the Faro airport:
- from 1 to 4 passengers - 40 € Mercedes C-class
- from 5 to 8 passengers - 45 € Mercedes Vito.
The driver will get you to the door of our apartment, where you will be met by our manager.

Rule of residence:
Cleaning and laundry services after check-out - 60 € (does not depend on the number of guests and the rental period).
Deposit 200 €, which is returned by the guest after a holiday.
Not for parties.
Not for smokers.
Check-in time is 15:00 - 22:00, time for check-out is from 07:00 - 11:00, upon arrival you will be met by manager.
Late check-in after 22:00 is for extra pay (20 € ).
Our apartment is for 4 guests. But we can place 4+1 child (under 16). Fee for the 5th guest is 20 euros per day.
