There's an 18 hole golf course on site, which is a 2 minute walk away, with a lovely clubhouse serving food and drink. On site there are bars and restaurants, a supermarket and gym. Something for all the family. The apartment has a large solarium with views towards the mountains and the swimming pool area. The kitchen is fully equipped with full sized cooker, fridge freezer and dishwasher. Alicante Airport is an hour's drive and murcia airport is 30 minutes drive away. The nearest beach is a 20 minute drive and there's a bus service during the summer months, plus organised trips to local markets, concerts etc. PLEASE NOTE THIS PROPERTY CAN BE RENTED TOGETHER WITH OWNERDIRECT ID 265536 AS WE OWN THE 3 BED APPT BELOW, SO CAN SLEEP 10 IN TOTAL.

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.

Balance of payment is due 28 days prior to arrival.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 GBP is due on arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded on check-out day.
