Description
Our villa is ideal for 2-3 families or groups of friends visiting for yoga retreats. It’s a spacious 5 bedroom villa with 4 bathrooms (3 en suites). It has a large open plan lounge and dining area with separate kitchen. There is a balcony to enjoy morning coffee or a sunset glass of wine whilst enjoying the vast views over the Costa Vicente national park. Downstairs there is a pool table, air hockey table and a snug TV area with a selection of DVD’s, so ideal for relaxing in the evening or escaping the daytime sun. There is also a drinks fridge downstairs so that chilled beer or glass of wine is convenient to the BBQ. Outside we have a huge pool 12 x 6 metres with the option to be heated at an additional charge. There is a BBQ and simple outdoor kitchen area. We have several sun loungers, hammock and a gazebo with shade to eat or relax in. There is also a small grassed area for playing croquet or children’s football. This is a beautiful home, inside and out set within a stunning location. We are 7 minutes to the nearest beach, Arrifana and there are several other beaches near by. This is one of Europe’s most beautiful coastlines. Horse riding, hiking, surfing, yoga and meditation are all available locally. Then within 30 minutes there is Lagos with crazy golf, parque adventura (rope climbing in trees) kayaking, SUP, water park, boat rides and more. There are plenty of local restaurants serving wonderful fresh fish, meat and various vegetarian delights. I hope you enjoy our home as much as we do.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Credit card payments are not accepted. Direct Bank Deposit or Paypal
Smoking Policy
Smoking is allowed outside only.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 700 EUR is due 30 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 14 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit.

Quiet Time Policy
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.
Children Policies
Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 16 must be supervised at the pool. There is no fence/gate around the pool.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 300.00 EUR for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
Cleaning During Stay
A fee is charged for this service. One-time fee of 150.00 EUR for stays of any number of nights or occupants.(Charged per cleaning.) A guest must request this optional service.
Pool Heat Policy & Fees
A fee is charged for pool heat. Fee of 300.00 EUR is charged on every week(based on a minimum of 1 weeks) A guest must request this optional service prior to arrival.
Linen
Linen and towels are included in the rent, Additional towels are available at 5 euros per towel
