Smoking Policy

Smoking/Vaping is NOT allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).

Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access

Check IN: 03:00 PM Check OUT: 11:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests.

Quiet Time Policy

The quiet time is from 11:00 PM To 08:00 AM

Children Policies

Children of all ages are welcome.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a Non-refundable deposit of 40 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a non refundable deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to Payment is non refundable.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage Cash deposit of 220 CAD is payable upon arrival.

The deposit is refunded less any damages, breakages, or applicable additional cleaning charges upon inspection on departure.

For Long Term Stays, the deposit is $500.

Payment Methods

Payment may be made by e-transfer, WISE, Pay Pal (subject to a 3% surcharge), Bank Wire (subject to a $24 surcharge), or Cash at check-in.

Cleaning on Departure

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure Fee of 135.00 CAD

Club (country, golf, recreation ...) Access & Fees

The Meadow Park Sports Centre is a short walk nearby. A nominal daily or weekly drop in fee applies.

Cleaning During Stay

Weekly cleaning service may be requested with a nominal cash payment fee.

Parking

Complimentary parking for one regular sized vehicle. If available a fee for a second vehicle may be requested.

Group & Min. Age Policies

There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 23 years or older.

Cancellation Policy

If Cancelling within 30 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable. Cancellation in writing more than 30 days prior to arrival (45 days for the Christmas holiday period) , the deposit is non-refundable. Cancellation in writing less than 30 days prior to arrival (less than 45 days for the Christmas period) 100% of booking is non refundable.
