Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure
One-time fee of 269.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
Guest is asked to start the dishwasher.
Guest is expected to remove the garbage on departure.
If property is left in unreasonable condition, extra cleaning fee will apply.
Cleaning During Stay
There is no cleaning/maid service available.

One-time fee of 6.00 % for stays of any number of nights or occupants.

Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the property is re-rented.
When a deposit has been received, the booking is considered confirmed and cancellation can only be made according to the terms below: Our 30-day cancellation policy (75 days for Christmas and New Years) is as follows:

- Cancellations made with 30 days' notice or more (75 days for Christmas and New Years) are completely refundable, less a $75.00 cancellation fee)
- Cancellations within 30 days (75 days for Christmas and New Years) prior to arrival are completely non-refundable. If the days of your original rental can be rebooked, you will receive a refund for the days rented less a $150.00 cancellation fee. You will forfeit all monies paid for any part of the rental period that cannot be rebooked.
- Cancellations within 7 days prior to your arrival are completely non-refundable.

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 30 percent of the rent.
Payment Methods
No fees are charged for credit card processing.
Visa, Master Card, Amex
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 700 CAD is due 30 days prior to arrival.
When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 5 days of departure.

The chalet was in a great location at Big White, allowing good access to the ski hill, lifts and the village centre. The queen beds were comfortable, but the small ones less so for adults. We had to communicate back and forth with the renting company to get the right bedding for the pull out and replenish some other supplies. The kitchen was well stocked. We loved the boot dryer in the garage.

Very clean and the layout is excellent. Everything was really clean and in good working condition. The garage is converted into a mud/ski room so your cars need to be parked outside. However we really appreciated the space to put all our stuff and it has great heating area for all your gloves and boots. The only thing is that the beds in the loft are best for kids - they are very soft and a little smaller - however its not for super little kids as they have to climb a steepish vertical ladder. It was fine for my family but something to consider if you have tall teenagers or are a group of adult friends. You need to cross a road to get to the green run Hummingbird and the walk to the village is easy (although it can be tiring for little kids as it is uphill in the snow). Overall we had a great stay and would return.
