My spouse and I stayed at this Alpine Creek guest suite in mid June. The accommodations were very clean, the kitchen was very well equipped, and the yard felt very private. The family was very friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed their dog Max :). We would stay here again and would recommend these accommodations to friends and family.

We were 4 adults and 1 baby on a road trip around AB and BC. Alpine Creek was just incredible. The location is wonderful, in a quiet area, with a pretty nice view of the Mountains (Three Sisters and Mt Proctor). There is also a wood behind the suite and a river running next to the house. The suite is situated at the first level of a huge house with a private entrance and a view on the wood and backyard. The place is pretty big (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms), perfect for two couples. You can even feel like having rented 2 rooms in a hotel, because the rooms are separated with the hall and the kitchen/living room area. The beds are very comfortable, with ultra soft and clean linens. The furniture are great quality. Everything is super clean, nice, brand new and it smells good. You will find everything you need, even a Nespresso Coffee Maker! You also have access to the SPA outside. The owners are a really nice couple with 2 daughters. They were helpful, kind and their daughters had a nice time playing with the baby and talking with us (We now know the legend of the Three Sisters and Mt Proctor)! One of the owners also came on a Mountain Bike ride with my boyfriend and I. He was a helpful guide to the surrounding trails. His wife is a french speaker, so it could be great if your English isn't perfect! What more to say? Don't hesitate to rent this place. You will get a lot more than staying in an hotel room on the Highway...

We skiied daily and soaked in the hot tub nightly over the course of four days during spring break. Apine Trails is a new residential development in Fernie that, as our friend and long time Fernie resident says, "got it right!" The suite is the lower half of a split level so it was very private and bright. It's well designed with lots of hooks and shelves for gear and luggage. We found the suite spotless and comfortable. It was so thoughtful of the owners to provide lots of towels and flip flops for when we used the hot tub and they left us each a delicious Easter treat! We loved staying there!

Fishing in Late February. - Taken at a Top Secret Location! the Elk River is Steps Away, and Offers World Class Fly Fishing Year round (Check Regulations for Specific Closures). If you Can'T Wait Till Summer, Fishing Can be Fantastic on a Mild Winter Day. I Have Caught some of my Biggest Fish in Late February and March!

Fernie. for a Morning Work-out and Spectacular Views up and down; of the Mount Fernie Trail Will Test your Legs and Cardio! for a Longer Hike Continue on to Windy Pass; and Take Heiko'S Trail all the Way to Island Lake Lodge, a 16km Trip in Total!
Taken on the Elk River Dyke Trail - Not all the Activities Are Strenuous! There Are Plenty of Year-round Walking Trails Accessible from your Door. the Dyke Trails Are a Favorite for Leisurely Strolls and Fabulous Scenery.
