The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.
Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited (i.e. there is no refund).
Parking is free.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 2500.00 CAD is due immediately. A pre-authorized hold of $2500.00 will be placed on your credit card (Visa, American Express or Mastercard). Groups determined to be of higher potential risk for potential damages etc may be subject to a larger deposit. Given no damages or costs are assessed by cleaning staff condition report, or long distance telephone usage etc, the deposit pre-authorization (or portion thereof) is typically lifted within 30-45 days of departure. This allows for enough time for condition reports to be received, and typical 30 day billing cycles for services usage to be received and reviewed. Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.

Cleaning During Stay
A fee is charged for this service. Fee of 225.00 CAD is charged for every 1 day(s).(based on a minimum of 7 days)(Charged per cleaning.) A guest must request this optional service.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 750.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants. Guest is expected to remove the garbage & recycling on departure. Guest is asked to start the dishwasher. Guest is asked to leave soiled linens & towels in the bathtub or shower.
Linen is included in the rent Beach towels are supplied. 100% cotton sheets, towels & bedding. Towels are not allowed outside of the property.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
