Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 20 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit of 250 EUR.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 14 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.

Credit card payments are not accepted. PayPal, Direct Bank Deposit
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 5 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 250.00 EUR is due 1 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 3 days of departure., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 03:00 PM Check OUT: 12:00 PM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests. Because there is key-less access, you can arrive as late as you wish. Lock box code supplied by owner upon receipt of full payment.
