What an amazing trip! We didn't know what to expect our first time to Ambergris Caye and we were blown away by everything! House is amazing with views of the reef and enough space for our large family to spread out when needed. Candido was super helpful and responsive in making our stay perfect and Simon made getting to and from and around the island so easy. All we had to do was relax! We will return soon. Wonderful Vacation! We, 2 families of 4 each, for a total of 8 enjoyed our stay tremendously. The house was very clean upon arrival and Candido-the on site caretaker met us at the house to welcome us and give us the tour. He was there for any needs we had but you rarely saw him. Elena and Simon were always an email or call away for any questions we had. The link/app they send you basically has every answer you need. They arranged all transportation and excursions. All were flawless and perfectly timed. The house is very secluded so you have lots of privacy but is close-within 10 min cart ride to most everything you need. The beds were comfortable, we never ran out of hot water-even with 8 people including 4 teenage girls. We all had enough space to spread out but also felt very at home in a rather large house. We had a great time and would highly recommend this property to anyone interested in vising San Pedro. Laid back Belize The Solaria Villa was lovely. It was spacious and well built. There are three villas on the property and we stayed in Villa III. The other two villas were not occupied which made the vacation very nice and private. The hammocks in the ocean were fun and the swimming pool was great. Due to the abundance of sea grass floating in, we could not swim in the ocean. The caretaker Candido on site did a great job cleaning g our section of the beach early each morning (but there is still some smell). Candido is a great job getting anything we needed. Elena and Simon were very helpful booking exertions. Tropic air flights. Golf carts. Taxis and COVID tests. Loved by all. Great property! Very clean and well maintained. Beach was cleaned and raked every morning. A/C worked great. Lots of room for our group of three couples (another couple would have been no problem). Pools were clean and clear. Everything worked. Washer and dryer in the house were helpful. Plenty of outdoor seating on various decks and the beach area. Golf carts were waiting for us as ordered. The transportation from the Tropic Air terminal to the house was flawless both ways. The kitchen was well appointed, even had coffee waiting for us. Very quiet. The management was responsive and easy to deal with. WE ALL WANT TO GO BACK. Awesome house on Ambergris Caye! We stayed in the 5 br villa at Solaria Villas last week-it was amazing! We had a family of 8 adults and one baby. Plenty of space for everyone and great living/dining areas for hanging out. Beautiful house with all the amenities. Right on the beach with beautiful views. Our taxi drivers were waiting for us when we landed in San Pedro and took us to sign the paperwork for our golf carts and groceries. Golf carts were waiting at the villa for us. The caretaker, Candido, was waiting for us at the villa to show us around and answer any questions we had had. He was very helpful throughout the week and always available. His sweet pup, Linda, was hanging out off and on, so we even had our own little vacation dog to keep us company! Highly recommend!

Amazing Villa The solaria villa was absolutely amazing. Plenty of room for our large group. The pool, the decks, the ocean right out the door. All incredible. The caretaker and Simon were so great. Better than advertised We knew from the description and photos that the property would be good. The extras that we didn't expect included beautiful wood floors that were easy to clean (we tracked in a lot of sand), a groundskeeper that was easy to reach, and an accessible property manager. We ordered excursions, an extra golf cart, and groceries online with ease. We were overwhelmed with the great customer service. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!! There were 12 of us, and our stay at Solaria Villas was AMAZING!!!! We rented both Solaria III and Casa la Bonita, and could not have been happier! The villas were clean, and had plenty of everything (i.e. towels, sheets, blankets, pillows, kitchen and laundry supplies, etc.) The setup was GREAT! Tons of living area, and deck space, plus private bedrooms and bathrooms! The pool was awesome, and the location was perfect to get to Secret Beach (you MUST go!!!!!), tons of great restaurants, and even in to town. There was also a restaurant on each side of the villas that you could walk to and both were great! The property has its own dock, so anytime we needed to leave by boat (diving, snorkeling, excursions, etc.) they picked us up right on our dock. Simon was wonderful! He was VERY responsive anytime we emailed, called, or texted. He answered all of our questions and helped us to make sure everything was perfect prior to arrival and during our stay! He got our excursions booked, made sure golf carts were waiting on us, made arrangements for us to get to an from the airport, etc. Candido was onsite during our stay, and was also FANTASTIC!!!! We say him frequently, otherwise he was always a phone call away, and was very responsive to anything and everything! Finally, Alex with Exquisite Eats was AMAZING!!!! She came to the villas and cooked for us 3 different nights, and each night was more amazing that the last! So relaxing to be able to enjoy each other’s company in the comfort of the villas and still have an amazing meal! We could not have asked for a better trip or a better place to stay! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We will definitely be back!!!!! Fantastic vacation home on the beach! I decided to finish out our family's 14 day stay in Belize with 5 nights at Solaria Villa III. We are a family of 6 - me, my husband, our 15 year old triplets, and 11 year old son. The house was larger than we actually needed but it was welcome after being in smaller accommodations for the prior nights. Every family member loved the house, the large bedrooms, two huge open family rooms and large kitchen, and outside balconies and pools. I also appreciated stocked laundry room. The location was terrific - situated directly on the beach, and while its a bit outside of town we actually preferred it since it was calmer and still close to many good restaurants, 18 minutes to the Secret Beach and a fun golf cart ride to almost anything you could want. Our family especially enjoyed the Truck Stop with fun activities such as Trivia night and Family Feud. We truly appreciated the caretaker Candido who lives on the property and could help with anything (we had a few issues with our golf cart starting - he fixed it!). We also were super thankful for Simon - the property manager. He booked our Tropic Air flights for us, arranged the golf cart rentals, scheduled Covid tests at the house for our return flights and answered all sorts of recommendation related questions. He was fantastic! The house could easily handle at least twice the occupants and is a gem! I would highly recommend staying at Solaria Villa III. Another wonderful stay at Solaria Villas This was our second trip to Belize and at Solaria III. It is an amazing home on the water and is equipped with everything for a relaxing stay. Awesome Family Vacation Solaria III offered everything we needed for our tropical vacation with our extended family of 8. The villa is spacious and has plenty of space to dine, relax and enjoy each other’s company. Variety of bedrooms are great for family members of all ages. Amazing stay Our stay at Solaria Villa III was amazing. The villa is every bit as beautiful as it looks in the pictures. The villa was spotless, and the grounds are gorgeous. If you have someone who struggles with stairs, you may want to consider booking Villa II which has the kitchen on the ground floor. The stairs were not an issue at all for our group. Simon answered all our questions through the booking process and throughout our stay. He was a great resource with booking activities and flights! Candido and Martin were onsite for anything we needed. The villas are 45 minutes from Secret Beach and about 30 minutes to the main part of town. We loved the Tipsy Lobster, The Truck Stop, diving with White Sands and fishing with Tony's. Simon and crew- we will see you soon! Beautiful Property...stunning sunrises! Three families stayed in the villa. We had plenty of room to spread out from one another. It was so nice staying out of the town of San Pedro. It was quite after a long day of adventure. The pool was a very nice feature and used for our "down time." Secret beach is close by and not to be missed. We thoroughly enjoyed the Beach Cabana restaurant which was steps away . The food was awesome... we never had a bad meal there. Simon the property manager was responsive and great to work with. Jose the on-site care taker did a nice job keeping the beach cleaned in the morning and making sure our water was stocked. He was a great resource- never intrusive but available when needed. I would recommend a golf cart to get around the island. Would come back again and stay at the exact same place. Would not hesitate to recommend. Belize Solaria III Review This property was going through a change of property management which created some stress, but the new property management company was very professional and helped to make our stay very enjoyable. Solaria III is a great villa with beachfront access and all the modern amenities you would expect in this price range. The optional boat and captain were great and a bargain considering what daily access to a boat generally costs. Overall, we had a great experience! Couldn't have been better! Couldn't have been better! Right on the beach with plenty of space for our family of 10 (6 adults and 4 kids) Simon and Jose were both incredibly professional, responsive and helpful. The pools were beautiful, as was the decor of the house. Great location - golf cart rides into town were fun, or there are restaurants literally right next door. Would definitely come back!

Great house--too far north House--Very nice, clean, great views. Water is limited, water pressure is very low. Property manager asked us to limit our showers and water usage as they did not want to have to buy more water. For the nightly rate we paid, we felt this was out of bounds. Property Managers--not great. Not the kind of positive chemistry you would hope for. No special touches to make you feel welcome. When you do contact them it feels like you are bothering them. Location--Too far north out of San Pedro. The roads are awful with huge potholes everywhere. It sounds crazy but in a golf cart it is a solid 30 minutes to get to town and it is not a comfortable trip. The house is right on the beach and the views are great so if you plan to just stay at the house you should be happy. Excursions--book them yourself. We relied on the property manager and had a very bad experience. Bait and switch thing. After the fact we found out that demand for one excursion was full so they just hired another guy to try and do the excursion. It was a horrible mess. Contact Seaduced excursions directly. They do a great job and you will get a better rate. Overall it was just ok. Not a 5 star experience. Response from Sunrise Property Management; Monday, March 19, 2018 We’re very sorry to hear that we didn’t meet your expectations and we are making immediate adjustments to our procedures and documentation to make sure that there are no misunderstandings in the future. We have updated our pre-arrival documentation to reflect that the cisterns are on rain water and that topping them up requires the use of a desalinization plant which consumes resources in the form of electricity used by the supplier. We try our hardest to be good stewards of the environment and conserve wherever possible. The cost of water is not an issue as we topped up your cistern during your stay. You may not have realized the special touches that we provide as they may appear to be just part of the cost of the villa but the meet and greet, complimentary arrival and departure taxis, personal check in and briefing, complimentary golf cart for bookings longer than seven days and the starter pack are direct costs to the us and are not factored into the price of the villa, which is set by the owner. We must take exception to the comments about the tour that did not meet your expectations. SeaDuced confirmed that the tour is rarely run, they also confirmed that our prices are not higher. We understand your frustration that the tour didn’t meet your expectations, but we offered and compensated you for the oversight without question. We found the tour unavailable through the tour operator we normally use and we scrambled to find an operator that was willing to do the tour. We failed in communicating that they were to provide the exact same tour. Procedures have been changed to advise our guests of such an issue rather than finding an alternate. Having said that, to say that we did a bait and switch is very unfair. The 1/2 mile of unpaved road between the villa and the paved road to town has now been improved. We sincerely hope that you will come and visit our island again and that you will have a more enjoyable experience next time.

Wish we were at Solaris 111 villa right now!!!! We stayed at the villa March 16-23rd, 2018. In our group we had 10 adults and baby. The villa was perfect, lots of space for everyone could have had at least 2 more guests and still would have been plenty of room, the lower level has great sleeping comfy couches with TV and seperate 2 piece bathroom. The villa was clean, and the onsite grounds and maintenance man was great he took very good care of us. Simon was there to meet and greet us on our arrival and even dropped by during our stay to make sure all was good, he came by on our departure to make sure we were picked up taken to water taxi. We picked the right place to stay, we felt safe. Everyday was a fun adventure on the island. Don't miss the secret beach, not so secret. Lots of fun, great music and beach. Miss it already. Don't let the road stop you, very bumpy but worth it. Hope to come back. Cheers to Simon and his team, we had a great stay. Christine

UNBelizeable Gorgeous house, great location and enough room for 8 rowdy adults. We loved how close this property was to town and loved the private pool. Jose the onsite helper is amazing; he was at our beck and call for all of our needs. We did have a toilet not work and a roof leak at the time of our stay, but nothing major. Issues we had was deciding to change our deep sea excursion due to weather. The office staff was not as helpful cancelling this trip for us as they were when we booked this trip. The bottom room with the double bed needs better linens and pillows; they did not compare to the other rooms at all and the linens didn't smell clean. Overall we will definitely return.

FABULOUS, FABULOUS, FABULOUS We chose Solaria Villa III for our annual "couples" trip, mainly because it could accomodate our large group (10 adults). Let me just say, it did not disappoint. It was extremely clean, spacious and and a short golf cart drive to a number of bars and restaurants. One would not even need to go downtown with so much near the villa. Simon, Elaina and Daniel were extremely accomodating. Thank you so much and we hope to be back very soon!

Great rental property with excellent management staff The property is as pictured and in a location 4 miles north of San Pedro good for getting away. No problems with rental property equipment, AC worked, everyone was comfortable. The furniture is a bit dated and the shower water pressure is low but didn't make for any discomfort. Great villa to rent for access to Secret beach (15 min golf cart ride) and northern island restaurants and bars - go to Truck stop! The road to the property from town is mostly paved with the last 2 minutes on more bumpy compressed dirt road. The management staff is excellent, great communicators, friendly, knowledgable and helped arrange golf cart rental, to and from airport, private chef dinner and recommending activities and places to eat. If you have questions or a problem they are there to help and respond right away.

Solaria Villas III Solaria Villa III was a great stay for my family and I. There were 8 total adults and one small child, and everyone was able to sleep comfortably in nice beds with well conditioned rooms. It had a great kitchen, living room(s), and dining room to gather as a group, but when you needed to kick back and relax in the rooms, each was very quiet and comfy. The property manager was extremely helpful both before and during the trip, and the on-site caretaker was always attentive and very friendly as well! It is a little far north of downtown San Pedro, but the golf cart ride down isn't bad once you get used to the roads. One nice part is that it has great access to the (not so) Secret Beach on the Western side of Ambergris Caye. There are several fun restaurants/bars near the property - Truck Stop, PUR, Crocs, Dive Bar, Pacos, Coco Cabana - but note that north of the bridge, prices seem to be a higher than within San Pedro. Stunning Property Solaria Villa III is absolutely breathtaking. It is very well furnished and equipped. We were are family of 8. There are 2 living areas, plus numerous sitting areas and patios for us to hang out together or separately. Our grandson enjoyed our private pool, but soon transitioned over to the large communal pool. The scuba/snorkeling tour is right next door as are several restaurants and bars. The on-site caretaker was there to deal with any issues, along with removing garbage daily. This was a great property that really suited our family and the diversity of our needs.

Absolutely Fantastic! Look no further This place was fantastic! Simon manages the place along with some other properties. He was very professional, quick to respond, and always picked up the phone when I called. Candito lives on the property and is around constantly. He was very attentive, friendly, and always happy to help. We arrived by water taxi greeted by a man holding a sign with my name on it. They had arranged taxis (included in the price of the rental) to take us to the house. We took them up on our offer to make a stop at a grocery store to pick up a few things. Don’t buy coffee/creamer—they provide that at the house! Alas we arrived at the house--Stunning! Beautiful architecture; the pictures don’t do it justice. The grounds are very well manicured and have 3 properties. The 3 properties share a nice large pool—although we never had to share it with anyone! Our house (Solaria III) also had its own private pool. It’s basically a huge hot tub that’s not heated--great for relaxing. Kayaks are provided as well, but it was very windy while we were there. The sea grass was also in full force while we were there, but they did a great job picking up the sea grass every morning. Your luck may be different. The winds and amount of sea grass vary greatly throughout the year so your luck may be different. There’s a dock on the property as well, so any water excursions you book can pick you up right at your front door! On to the house itself. Many outdoor sitting areas. 3 bedrooms have their own bathroom, and the other 2 share a bathroom. 2 large living areas, a well-appointed kitchen, 2 half baths, laundry, indoor garden, I could go on! If you’re considering a trip to Ambergris Caye, you won’t be disappointed here. It’s a great property, beautiful setting, and very attentive staff. There were a few hiccups during our stay, but they were all resolved immediately. This property was going through a change of property management which created some stress, but the new property management company was very professional and helped to make our stay very enjoyable. Solaria III is a great villa with beachfront access and all the modern amenities you would expect in this price range. The optional boat and captain were great and a bargain considering what daily access to a boat generally costs. Overall, we had a great experience!

Three families stayed in the villa. We had plenty of room to spread out from one another. It was so nice staying out of the town of San Pedro. It was quite after a long day of adventure. The pool was a very nice feature and used for our "down time." Secret beach is close by and not to be missed. We thoroughly enjoyed the Beach Cabana restaurant which was steps away . The food was awesome... we never had a bad meal there. Simon the property manager was responsive and great to work with. Jose the on-site care taker did a nice job keeping the beach cleaned in the morning and making sure our water was stocked. He was a great resource- never intrusive but available when needed. I would recommend a golf cart to get around the island. Would come back again and stay at the exact same place. Would not hesitate to recommend. Thank you For such An amazing place to spend our vacation.
