Surrounded by umbrella pines, Mediterranean flora and the blue sea, this villa lies on one of the most tranquil and scenic promontories of the Island of Capri, directly across from breath-taking views of the island and the Mediterranean Sea. The typical Capri architecture of gentle arches, white stucco, terracotta and majolica relaxes both the body and the mind. In the yard, a sparkling blue swimming pool is set amidst colorful flowers and greenery. Located in the city hall of Anacapri, the villa is only minutes away from famous natural and historical sites. The Grotta Azzurra, or Blue Grotto, can be easily reached both by bus and on foot. One of Tiberius Caesar’s ancient palaces is only a few minutes walking distance away and located in a cool, serene pine forest. The Villa is conveniently located on the Anacapri-Grotta Azzurra bus line. The Villa is situated on two floors, each with independent entrance. The top floor is composed of three bedrooms and two and a half baths. One bedroom contains a private bathroom with shower. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom with shower and there is a service bathroom near the kitchen. Two of the bedrooms and the living - dining area open onto a beautiful terracotta terrace, perfect for mealtime. A bright, sunny kitchen where delicious Italian meals can be prepared completes the top floor. The bottom level is composed of three bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers, kitchen, living - dining area and large porch area. The Villa can sleep up to 12 people. The yard has an elegant figure-eight swimming pool surrounded by flowered walkways. A platform that was used as an anti-aircraft gun emplacement during WWII is now gracefully tiled and put to more peaceful uses. Above the platform, a picturesque overlook with a cocktail table is perfect for a romantic tête-a-tête.

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 20 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 20 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 600 EUR is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.
