Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 100 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 100 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Full payment is due at booking time.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 60 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 USD is due on arrival. Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 03:00 PM Check OUT: 11:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests.
