This is truly a unique destination property. Tumble out of bed to your private, secluded yard and saline solar heated infinity pool with cascading waterfalls and stunning ocean views that makes you wonder where the pool ends and the ocean begins. This luxury home enjoys the Hawaiian indoor - outdoor living plan. Its disappearing walls of glass opens to a honed limestone lanai with large built in gas barbeque, granite counter perp. Area beside the infinity pool featuring a magnificent lava rock waterfall. Prices include solar heated pool, Air conditioning, Volcano Firepit, and high speed internet. Solar pool heating generally heats the pool to a comfortable level between 83-87 degrees. Supplemental electric backup to reach higher temperatures is available for $50.00 daily.

Terms And Conditions
Cleaning During Stay
A fee is charged for this service. One-time fee of 595.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.(Charged per cleaning.) A guest must request this optional service.

Balance of payment is due 90 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 5.00 percent surcharge. PayPal, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Email Money Transfer, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 60 or more days prior to arrival)
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a non-refundable fee of 1000.00 USD. Payment is required at time of booking in US funds by personal check, bank check or PayPal. A 5 % surcharge is required for international PayPal and 4% for US PayPal payments. We do not accept credit cards. A down payment of $1,000.00 is required at time of booking to secure the reservation, with balance due 90 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. service dogs are allowed NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Security or Damage Deposit
An accidental damage waiver is required and provided for a fee. An accidental damage waiver of liability is provided by the owner for a one time fee (paid directly to the owner) of 59.00. It waives a claim against the guest for the cost to repair or replace accidental damage up to a limit. This fee is not included in the quote provided. Discuss with owner at booking time.
