Description
Escape the hotel crowds and enjoy the privacy of this large family home with FULL amenities for your home-stay away from home. Incredible panoramic views of the ocean from the pool - lanai deck backyard, close to town and ocean (5 minutes by car). There is a separate dining room (289 sq ft) with seating for 8. High vaulted ceilings with fans in all rooms. The lanai is 434 square feet with tables - chairs for seating >25 people. The outdoor pool has a waterfall, and jacuzzi. The BBQ area has separate charcoal (1) & gas units (2). The property is on a 19,000 sq ft lot and has trees and greenery separating the nearest 3 neighbors' property to the east and the south. To the west (ocean direction) and north, the property sits on top of a thirty-foot high wall and overlooks the properties far below (no neighbors) and Lako street to the north.

Terms And Conditions
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 475.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants. The guest is expected to clean the BBQ. Extra charges could apply. If property is left in unreasonable condition, extra cleaning fee will apply.

Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN (at latest): 3:00 PM - 5:00PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 91 or more days prior to arrival, 85 percent of all payments are refunded.
Hot Tub Service & Fee
There is a hot tub heating or maintenance fee. Fee is 20.00 per night based on 1 night or 140.00 per week.
Telephone Fee
Local area phone use is included - Local Big Island service free; Long Distance access must call collect, use a credit card, or toll free numbers, etc.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is NOT allowed inside the home; outside smoking is okay in designated areas
Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 5.00 percent surcharge. Visa, Master Card, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Cash, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 10 or more days prior to arrival) Short notice requests can only be paid by Visa or Master Card.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 25 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 91 days prior to arrival.
