This Villa, near to lovely Tuscan town of Arezzo, only 10 minutes on foot is ideally positioned for a holiday vacation, located in the middle of Tuscany in a fantastic and peaceful hill of Castelsecco, and close to all amenities of the city, supermarkets, museum, bar, pub, bakery, shops. The vacation villa is equipped with a 10 hectare park which is an inviting place to relax, a gazebo with large bbq, panoramic pool ,it's a perfect place to refresh and enjoy the scenery of the skyline of the cathedral and historic palazzos in the town below and beautiful sunsets. The villa can accommodate a total of 34 people - the perfect setting for a destination wedding, family reunion or group celebration, holidays with friends of any kind. Completely furnished with the most up to date of amenities, you can rely on the owners to assist you with any questions, itineraries or special requests you may have. This is their family home, which they have painstaking restored to its original design and they look forward to sharing its traditions and stories with you on your holiday in Tuscany. The villa has common area with kitchen for stay and eat together, large gazebo outdoor, big bbq and relaxing area with sofa, tables, chairs and all garden equipment. Next to villa it's available a restaurant Casina Rossa only open for the guests .

Payment Methods
Credit card payments are not accepted. Direct Bank Deposit
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a non-refundable fee of 2370 EUR. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 30 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 1200.00 EUR is due on arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded on check-out day., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit.
Quiet Time Policy
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.
Cleaning During Stay
A fee is charged for this service. Fee of 300.00 EUR is charged on every week(based on a minimum of 1 weeks) A guest must request this optional service.
