Payment Methods
Credit card payments are not accepted. PayPal, Direct Bank Deposit
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 30 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 15 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 20 or more days prior to arrival, 30 percent of all payments are refunded.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 1000.00 USD is due days 15 prior to arrival. If your stay is 3 days or less the security/damage deposit is 500.00 USD. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 10 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., For a Long Term Stay, the deposit is 2000 USD

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 150.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants. Cleaning fee to be paid locally to Third Party/Resort
